I arrived early in the morning, I was immediately received by very friendly staff, attentive, always ready to help and advise. delicious food, beautiful hotel area. The administrators at the reception helped to extend the room and suggested a lot of things, since I speak English poorly, they communicated with me in Russian. a wonderful diving excursion, with a leader who made an agreement, helped exchange money and gave a watermelon! Peter accompanied me on the yacht, very neat and attentive!! It was my first time, I was very afraid, but with such a team it wasn’t scary! وصلت في الصباح الباكر، وتم استقبالي على الفور من قبل فريق عمل ودود للغاية، ومنتبه، ومستعد دائمًا للمساعدة والمشورة. الطعام لذيذ، منطقة الفندق الجميلة. ساعد المسؤولون في مكتب الاستقبال في توسيع الغرفة واقترحوا الكثير من الأشياء، لأنني أتحدث الإنجليزية بشكل سيء، فقد تواصلوا معي باللغة الروسية. رحلة غوص رائعة مع القائد الذي عقد اتفاقًا وساعد في تبادل الأموال وأعطى بطيخًا! رافقني بيتر على متن اليخت، وكان أنيقًا للغاية ومنتبهًا!! لقد كانت المرة الأولى لي، كنت خائفًا جدًا، لكن مع مثل هذا الفريق لم يكن الأمر مخيفًا!

كل شي كان جميل ومن اروع ما يكون ،، تنظيم ونظافة واحترام ومتعاونين جداً ،، شكراً لكل أفراد الطاقم القائمين على الفندق . الاستاذ شريف تبع الرحلات من اطيب الاشخاص والرحلات عندو بتكون مرتبة ومنظمة وعالوقت ،، شكراً يا استاذ شريف ،، ‭0115 2401939‬ رقم شريف .

No cleanliness and room smell is garbage Staff are rude Water most of the time is out of service No maintenance at all My room got flooded with water all the night and we didn’t sleep and the couldn’t fix it Worst hotel I have ever been

The property is brand new with spacious suites, including all and more facilities someone will need. Big spacious room with an installed kitchen , big wardrobe, mini fridge and a comfortable bathroom. Another asset of the property is the location , close to the airport. Wi-Fi is also in the room available and fast. We booked with breakfast and it was satisfactory. We requested also a transportation from the airport to the hotel , since we arrived in the middle of the night and it was quickly arranged!

This is by far my worst stay in hurgahda Place needed maintenance Stuff were rude and not professional Ac was out no maintenance team Bathroom door lock got us stuck inside and were not able to unlock it Everything needed maintenance Poor cleanliness Used pillow cases! I have pictures and videos for everything
