Staffs were super friendly Nasir and everyone they looked after me very well

I would say Room was tiny but to be honest looking at the price and the way staffs looked after me was amazing

The hotel was quite close to Masjid al Haraam, the last few steps required going through a slope uphill but was manageable for my family. Infact, after prayer times, a golf vehicle was available on request to help us go uphill, which was very helpful. Hot and cold drinking water was available on every floor, tea and coffee maker was provided free of charge in the lobby. The staff was very helpful. Yasir, Muhammad and Muhammad (2nd) were very cooperative.

The bed size is shorter than the usual size, if you are above 170 cm, the bed will not be comfy for you

Property is on hill, challenging for old people, location is tricky and make sure you tell your taxi driver the address of Al Thuraya Hotel which is front of this hotel. Not good for family.

Excellent hotel with fabulous staff and near to the haram. Highly recommended for families in budget price.

there is nothing to like

over all approach of property is really tough and top of hill , really hard to move out from hotel repeatedly . Room assigned to me ,it was not room , actually it was cave ,there is no window or glass to see out side situation once you inter in room feel like in cave closed from all around and they put current in one wall to show you there is window while it was fraud to dodge you …

it’s a normal accommodation.
