Rayaan at check in was very helpful.

After booking the price changed by 100 usd per night. When requesting a price claim from booking.com according to their offer they refused to process the claim because we sent it on the day of check in. Overpaid by 400 usd.

The staff and facilities are on par with any 5 star hotel.our problem was dealt with speed and dignity and respect.you did not have to ask twice for any additional amenities.

The carrim app do not have them on their location system.

المكان يعتبر من افضل الاماكن لاتفكر ولا تتردد باختياره انا من الناس الي يتعبون باختيار افضل الفنادق الي تكون قريبه من كل شي وللامانه هذا الي كل ما اروح لمكه اسكن فيه ماعليك من شكله الخارجي لكن يعتبر قمه في النظافه ومجدد وفي الحرم على طول وفيه مجمع ومطاعم وكارفور كبير 24 ساعه وحول الفندق ايضا كل شي اشكر العاملين في الفندق والفرونت ديسك على سرعه تعاملهم في كل شي

Everything is perfect except for some employees.

Subhan Allah during my stay, everything was good. everyone was helpful until the checkout last Friday, receptionists weren't professional at all. The elevator waiting time is long. No one notified me that Friday noon, the Haram area is locked, no in/out car which impacted my traveling plans.

للاسف الشديد حجزت بتكلفة تعدت ٣ الاف ريال لقضاء يوم بليلة بالقرب من الحرم ولم استطيع ابدا الوصول للفندق ولم استطيع اتمام عمرتي الموقع والفندق لا يقوم بتسهيل عبور النزلاء خلال ساعات الزحام حضرت في موعدي وجلست ادور بأطفالي في شوارع مكة بالسيارة لمدة ٤ ساعات والشرطة تة اغلقت كل اماكن العبور. الموقع سئ لا انصح به حتى رقم التواصل ام لم يرد علي احد و لا انصح لا انصح وت لا يعقل ان احجز فندق خمس نجوم بجوار الحرم وتلزمني الشرطة السير لمسافة ٢ كيلو على الاقدام بامتعتي واطفالي وانا صايمه لكي اصل للفندق راحت الفلوس وراحت العمرة

دورات المياه الغرفه يحتاجان لتجديد .منذ سنة2000 وانا دائماً احجز لدى الفندق ولم يتم تجديده

its tricky to find the lobby of the hotel

The location is so near with Al Haram. Thumb up to front officer, Al Malk who managed to give us extended hour of check out due miscommunication during checkin.

Check in time, the management should do something about it especially during pick season

deacription in booking.com is not accurate. i thought I can access the executive lounge. i asked staff at the counter, she did not mentioned that. i fill in the pre booking survey twice but not really if that helps.

Breakfast was not at the hotel level

Very friendly and welcoming staff working in the hotel. Gave me a free upgrade to my room, and late checkout.

The location is excellent. Very close to the haram. The rooms were beautiful and the bathroom was clean and lovely.

Getting a taxi is difficult because cars are not allowed on the road near the hotel.
