If you like rustic this is the house for you. The house was extremely clean but old. Everything works well enough. Perfect for our large group of multiple ages. Lots of room to be together and be alone. Easy walk to beach and town. Would happily stay again.

We enjoyed this house two years ago and decided to return. There is a master w/ bath on the main level that works great for older family members who don't want to navigate a steep staircase multiple times a day. Hot tub is a wonderful feature.

House was great! It was a sibling trip for my husband’s family & some spouses. House was very cozy, clean & comfortable. Ambiance with fireplace was wonderful. Router for wi-fi needs to be replaced as it kept dropping the signal but the property management folks were terrific and totally responsive. Very happy with our stay.

This was a great place to stay. Right on beach. Spacious, clean, etc. Only complaints would be that the grill was terrible and the place could use better cookware and utensils. A million dollar house should at least have a $300 grill.

This was a great location for us with our kids and grandkids! The house has so much character and felt like stepping back in time a little which we love. Loved the views from the upstairs bedrooms and the kids loved playing on the large deck out front and in the hot tub. Short walk on the boardwalk to town and short walk over the dunes to the beach. Plenty of room to park too which not all the beach houses have. Overall a great place to stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at this property! The house was right on the Prom and the walk to the beach was short and well maintained. The walk to downtown only took a couple of minutes. This house is very charming and fit our needs well! We are hoping to return next year!

We had a wonderful anniversary trip at this property. It's a quirky old beach house with a lot of character. The bedrooms fit our group of 9 perfectly. It's an older house and has lots of beachy charm. We walked the promenade to Seaside for a great day of shopping and site seeing.

The house is nicely laid out and large. We had 7 people (first night only 2 people) which was 4 ladies and 3 kids…and all had ample space. Felt the house was WAY over priced for what you had to deal with. Pros: Big and spacious Beds were AMAZING so comfortable LOTS of towels Comfortable couches Upper deck to die for Location location location 2 dining tables Nice tv’s Nice fridge. Lovely huge wood burning fireplace Stocked well with toilet paper and cleaner any type of glassware you want they have it.. Hot tub was a hit (add a foot washing station would be great front room ceiling is gorgeous So MANY WINDOWS!!! Cons: STRONG musty smell that actually made me sick the first night Every nook and cranny is stuffed full of garage sale type junk. No cabinet for your food, you have to leave on counter and woke to sugar ants. Nothing left unwrapped/unsealed so ants didn’t actually get in the food. (also found a few large spiders :( Heat is odd…family room warm…bathrooms not heated and FREEZING. Bedrooms? You never knew if you would freeze or be too hot. The kitchen is dirty and horrible. HORRIBLE. Stocked with worse than garage sale kitchen ware. It’s also stocked with broken things, and something like 7 stock pots…tea kettles? Stored everywhere with most so dirty and old they should be thrown away. We wanted to make a lovely meal and got grossed out by what we had to cook it all in… I so wish they would bring a dump trailer up and empty out the house of all the junk that is stuffed In it and stock it with USABLE items. And Update the formal dining table. This is a diamond in the rough..::and I mean ROUGH. This could be a very fun, charming and interesting house IF they removed the RANDOM garage sale items that are stored EVERYWHERE and stock it with usable items instead. I tried to enjoy the quirkiness of the place…but it just really felt like you were in goodwill storage unit. Now that being said…we had 4 adults and 2 would be back and just overlook the junk…but me and one other said no way.

Overall good experience. Beds were comfortable. Cleanliness could use improvement. House was quite musty, but to be expected of older home on the beach. Perfect access to the beach and Prom!

House set with love ❤️❤️ Just some little thing ,blinds in some rooms was broken,but put together as it not, as soon we start open it start falling also some dishes and tensile on the kitchen was dirty , But this was so little things and did not disappoint us. Pans were all CanOpener didn’t work didn’t have a great wine cork just really old stuff that you would see at a garage sale.

Since the pandemic started, our family hadn't taken any vacations due to a new baby. We were finally able to get away to Seaside and this house was just the ticket. The house is older, so the layout is a bit quirky, but it also added charm. All the beds were comfortable and had very nice mattresses (and pillows). There were plenty of bedrooms to spread the family out in, including the sea turtle room that our 6 year old claimed with delight. We never did figure out how to get 2 of 3 TVs working, but it was just as well. Instead we spent time in the hot tub, walking on the beach (at least 3 times a day), walking the promenade to downtown, or just relaxing with books. We felt at home the whole week and would go back if we could.

This house's location is fantastic; it's right on the Promenade and only a couple blocks from central Seaside. The house is older (1930's) and dark inside for a beachfront property, but we opened all the blinds and spent all our time in the very large living room. New dishwasher and W/D are great but the kitchen really needs new drawers, a garbage disposal, and repair of the stove burners (front/right).
