This is a well maintained 100 year old weekend cottage with an in-ground pool. If you’re expecting a brand new build keep looking. The home is comfortable and is in a very quiet neighborhood with beach access and some wonderful walking trails. It was a great location for us to take day trips to D.C., Annapolis, and Chesapeake Beach. The pool was fantastic but we only used it one day due to the weather being cooler than expected. Brian met us at the house and made sure we knew to contact him with any issues. It was a very laidback vacation with no issues so we never needed to. Thanks Brian

The property is quite charming. It's a well maintained older home with a good water view. Nice pool in the backyard and deck to enjoy. Large kitchen. Very relaxing place to get away.

Property is nice, quiet location. House is older with narrow stairs that might be a problem for older or handicapped guest(s). Owner is friendly and helpful. Would rent again.

Pool was terrific and the main draw for our elementary aged kids. Home was spacious for our family of 5. As others have mentioned in past reviews, a good deep clean would be greatly appreciative and increase the value of the property. There were plenty of bed linens and towels for our larger family and the washer and dryer were a great addition. The fire pit was a nice and the ac worked well.

We stayed with our two young children, 1 and 4, and the house is great for kids. The first floor is spacious and has plenty of floor space for play. The bedrooms are roomy and we put a pack’n’play in the 2nd bedroom and it never felt cramped moving around. The pool is perfect, we had so much fun in the backyard within minutes of arriving. The neighborhood beach is great for young swimmers and dogs (very shallow) - there is netting around the area by the playground which seems to do well in keeping the jellyfish out and the breezes kept the bugs away. We visited Triton Beach and while in Annapolis, did the Pirate Adventure boat tour - highly recommend if you are visiting with kids. Brian was an excellent host, very responsive, and helped me navigate the area. There are crab traps in the yard and nearby access to crabbing and fishing at the end of the street. The house is comfortable, well-appointed, clean, and offers gorgeous views in the back. We hope to return!

The photos of the pool area do not do it justice as it appears there have been many improvements since they were taken. The stairs, as mentioned in other reviews, are narrow and steep, but if you don't have a mobility issue it shouldn't be an issue. The fenced back yard was perfect for our dogs to enjoy and the communication from Brian and Anastasia was great. We would love to stay again when the opportunity come up!

Great getaway in a great location !! Soo quiet.

We had a great stay in Beverly Beach at the cottage! Brian was very responsive in answering any questions we had and offering suggestions for the area and local fun to have with the family. We stayed for the week with our girls and had plenty of room for game nights and many many hours at the pool, which was beautiful! Would definitely come back again.

The view from both the kitchen and master bedroom is amazing! And Brian was a very friendly and responsive host.

Enjoyable location a short walk to beach and trails. Nice pool with views of the stars at night. An updated kitchen with all the necessities. And strong wifi!

Overall we had a great time and the house was clean and lovely. I recommend bringing TP as we ended up running out of the two half rolls that were there we arrived. Other than that, it was a great experience! We made a bonfire in the yard and rode the bikes provided by Brian down to the beach. Yard was fenced in which allowed the dogs to run around without leashes. Perfect way to break up the COVID quarantine.

Everything about the property was just as it was in the pictures! We loved the oldness and charm of the property with the modern updates, like the beautiful kitchen and spacious island. We really enjoyed the pool, spacious backyard, views of the water and on the one night it rained we sat on the large front deck and watched the rain with a glass of wine! We definitely want To go back in the winter to wander around and enjoy the quaint cottage with the wood burning fireplace!! Thank you to our wonderful hosts and we can’t wait to return again!!

We had a great time. The kitchen was a good size and had everything we needed. The beach was fantastic and the pool was a treat. Definitely will come back.

This place is really all about the outside space... the views of the water, the pool and the easy walk to the beach. The inside is comfortable and well equipped, but the second bedroom really would benefit from an AC in July.

We stayed in Edgewater and the cottage was perfect...25 minutes from Annapolis and was able to bring our dog.... Fenced yard, fireplace with dry split wood, comfortable bed and a reasonable price. What else could you ask for?

The property is great for a weekend getaway or a long vacation with family. The backyard is great to have an the views of the water are wonderful to look out at from the many porches!
