The beach and the main road were near the property.
The beach restaurants were available at night by 10 minutes walking.
It was about 30 minuets walk to coconut hill.
The owner`s brother transmitted us to the bus stop by his tuktuk after checkout.
We could see the small turtles in the beach.
The room was very big and spacious.

Lovely family run accommodation is a beautiful setting not far from mirissa beach. I stayed for 7 nights but wanted to stay longer but due to my wife’s schedule I had to leave to go and meet her in Goa or I would have stayed another 8 days to finish my holiday at the resort of happiness.
Excellent fan / air con, private balcony, laundry facility but best of all was the little girl who lives there who is called Thenuli. What a little character she is. She well and truly leathered me at Rock, Paper, Scissors!!

Airy light room and balcony and comfy beds. Owner let us leave our bags at hers and was lovely
Note that some rooms are up quite a lot of stairs and wouldn't b suitable for less able bodied or young children.

It’s running by a so kind, helpful and warm family. Room is clean. Big and yummy breakfast. few mins walk to beach. Definitely value for the money. Highly recommend.

The room was very comfortable- good mattress, AC worked great, hot water worked great, nice garden area, a small fridge. The location is great - close walk to the beach and the main road. The best thing about this place though is the hosts- they are so friendly and so helpful and they made everything super convenient for me. I wanted to rent a scooter, the host arranged it and had the bike delivered to my door. I needed a tuk tuk upon leaving and the host took me where I needed to go. Everything was so easy and for a very reasonable price.

The best value stay of three weeks Sri Lanka! The host and family were exceptionally nice and even brought us delicious food when we didn't go out because of the storm. It is within walking distance of the beach and nice restaurants. The room was clean and had a comfortable shower. Thank you for your care ###!!

quite location, comfortable bed, a kettle, fridge (not clean though, but good enough to keep water or milk), hot water
wifi wasn’t working well, so we were using hotspots from our phones, fridge wasn’t clean, room layout is funny, there’s a table behind the bed, so basically the bed stands in the middle of the room, making the table unusable as well.

Power often goes out in Sri Lanka but they had a generator available so we had power all the time. Balcony had a really nice view, and room was big and comfortable. Shower had really nice pressure and bathroom as a whole was very good. Hosts were very welcoming and helpful, always available. Also had a kettle and refrigerator in room, and Wi-Fi was good.

The accommodation was amazing. Many thanks to the host family, who were very nice and helpful. We eventually extended our stay with them. Breakfast can be arranged at the accommodation, laundry can be arranged and they will be happy to advise you on anything.

The accommodation is really clean, spacious and the balcony offers a great place to relax. A few minutes walk to the beach but being in a calm surrounding makes the location a real hit. The Resort of Happiness fulfills its name by the super lovely and warming family, who will do the best to make your stay as perfect as it can be. Thank you for everything!

The owners are really nice and have an absolutely charming daughter who is very communicative :) we also got a welcome coconut when arrived.
Rooms are quite simple and a bit old-fashioned but clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and every day different! Just 5mins walk from the beach and main road so you are same distance from both. There a shops and cafes close to this place so location is really good.
If you stay in rainy days you will need to go through messy road (about 20m) as there is an earthen footpath. There is a huge hotel being build right behind the resort but it was surprisingly no noise or any disturbance.

This place is located off the main road and it is calm and quiet. It is 5 minutes walk from the beach, very close to all shops and restaurants. We liked the room, it was spacious, big comfortable bed, nice bathroom, everything was clean. The balcony is very comfortable with nice view. The staff was friendly and helpful. We liked the breakfast. Strong recommendation in Mirissa.
