الاطلاله الهدوء الاهتمام بالطفل من توفير اماكن خارجية للعب وتنوع الألعاب توفر المواقف الكافية المطعم الداخلي الاهتمام بالعميل

لسبب خارج عن ارادتهم ازعاج من القرود، ولكن يشكرون على وضع لافته تنبيه على جميع الساكنين من القرود

kitchen sink was slow to drain and its faucet had only hot water!

الموقع جدا فريد و سهولة التعامل مع الاخوة في الادارة. ايضا نظافة المكان والصيانة الدورية. نادرا ان تجد نزل سياحي في الشفا وله اكثر من عشر سنوات ومازالت مرافقه تجدد بشكل دوري.

كثرة القرود صباحا لدرجة وجودها احيانا في الشرفات للوحدات السكنية. هنا للاسف الكثير من مرتادي المنتجع يطعمها ويزيد الطين بلة.

Location Weather

No ACs They have only one portable AC in one room which crashed in the middle of the night and brought incredible noises The fans are extremely noisy ( No one could sleep ) Staff is average Restaurant is poor with very limited options Prices are incredibly high compared to the value you get back Prices on Booking are significantly higher than what you get when you go and check personally ( I paid 1400 SAR per one night stay while upon my check out a person came asking for prices and she was told 500 SAR per night , it can be the weekend effect but the gap was a big red flag to me The bathrooms smell is intolerable
