The apartment was well located and very clean. View from the balcony was great,especially near sunset. The property manager was very helpful. Great pool.

My stay was excellent. The property was clean, the toys for the kids was a nice touch. There was even some food in the fridge so we didn’t have to rush to the store.

Love the beach!!! All the amenities are a plus... like the beach chairs, toys for kids and the things in the refrigerator! Could use some updating but my family and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!

We enjoyed our stay here so much! I cannot wait to come back. The property was very clean and I really appreciated that the owners left some beach chairs, cooler, and toys for my kids to use at the beach. They also left us with a few items so we didn’t have to rush to the store. I couldn’t recommend this property more! We enjoyed being able to walk to various places and there is a binder with very helpful information and fun places to see in the area.

Corroded plugs, dirty furniture, road noise that prevents sleeping. This place has it all. Left after the first night of a 4 night rental and went to local hotel.

Our family had a wonderful time in Isla Verde staying at this apartment. Our flight had us arriving at around 2am and it was very easy to get into the apartment (we communicated ahead) at that time. We were relieved that the air conditioning kicked on quickly and we slept comfortably. It was so thoughtful to have eggs, milk and bread in the refrigerator and coffee (!!!) on the counter so that we could relax in the morning and enjoy some breakfast before getting out and about. A bonus was the small bottle of Don Q! The view from the balcony is gorgeous and we enjoyed listening to the waves and reading out there. The beach was amazing and it was awesome to have a cooler and chairs to enjoy. The location was great. We walked down to eat at various restaurants and to grab groceries. Walking distance to Panaderia España, too, where we gorged on mallorcas, quesitos, and more. We ubered into Old San Juan a couple of days and that was fast and easy. The only negative I would say is that it can be quite loud from the hustle and bustle of the street (cars revving and loud music), but we got used to it and slept fine. I'm not sure if I had small kids if they would have made it with the noise, though. We did have a rotating fan in two of the 3 bedrooms and that white noise was helpful. Overall, FABULOUS. We want to go back tomorrow!

Beautiful, secure property. Great pool, easy access to beach, grocery, restaurants, Old San Juan. Tania at guest services, was prompt to assist us with several concerns. Including the checking in process. Condo was exceptionally clean-with plenty of towels, toys, beach chairs and umbrella! Great for families. We had six adults and two children & were very comfortable there. This condo is not fancy – but that’s what we liked about it, as we are low-key low maintenance family! It was also well stocked with paper towels, trashbags, and toilet paper. Even, food , beer & ice was in the refrigerator-freezer for our late arrival at 12 midnight! Very thoughtful.

We had a great time here. Our original room had an issue so we were put in a different condo, it was nice. We didn’t know that we would be moving to our original room and had to deal with that mid week. That room was nice as well. The people at the property were great when we needed something they always tried to help us out. Even when we were leaving we had two options one better than the other. After talking with the girls there they helped us and made a huge difference for the better by helping us. We will totally go back again.

We loved it!!! The Sunset view was incredible and the location was perfect!! Some features of the apartment are old a need some renovation but the overall experience was fantastic it felt like having a home away from home.

The manager was nice enough to leave us a few eating and drinking supplies. The down side was that the toilet in the master bedroom was not functional so our family of five had to share the one in the hallway.. Both bath tubs need serious refinishing. There was no key to the gate leading to the apartment so we question security. We did let the manager know all our concerns.

The view was epic the beach is the best and the pool was perfect my family and I didnt want to leave it was so nice. My family that lives here was able to enjoy the beach with us as well they are gonna book soon I referred them.

EXCELLENT location!!!! So close to many local attractions and the view from the balcony is breathtaking. A lot of simple amenities too! Not super fancy but more like a home away from home which was perfect for my family. We travelled with our boys aged 14,12,10 and grandparents in their 70s and everyone had a great time!

Not having a wheelchair access/ramp on the front part of the building had to carry my son down the stairs, also struggle to get him pass the turning gates to get to the beach, on our last day we found out about the big gate after a couple of women told us about it, a sign would be nice to post on the big gate for wheelchair access

After staying in another section of the island this place was very much like the big city life with everything at your finger tips. Condos was as described. Appreciated the extra touches of stuff like having local items for us like coffee, small rum (Don Q) and fruit. Thank you for a nice time in your condo.
