Absolutely beautiful place tucked out of the way but still only a 10 minute walk into the town. The guy running the place was super friendly and could not do more to help. Feels like you’re staying with family. There’s only a few rooms here so it feels super cozy. Thanks for the amazing stay.

Mało zróżnicowane śniadania, przez cały nasz 4-dniowy pobyt śmierdziało chemią w pokoju (prawdopodobnie jakieś środki czystości po sprzątaniu) której nie dało się wywietrzyć. Mało światła - dla osób które pracują online w pokoju jest to spory minus.

The highlight of the place was the garden and the host Vipulle. The room is very big and clean. We really appreciated the area, tucked away and green. Vipulle was always super helpful with a big smile. He was able to organize a scooter rental for us and he prepared nice breakfast. Perfect for a couple or a little family. I had to get some work done on my laptop and the wifi is working fine, but mainly in the patio outside.

The facility is beautiful, nestled in the jungle and run by a fantastic gentleman, very polite and super professional. Great breakfast and very clean room with everything you need!

Villa consists of 2 rooms - wich makes this place calm. In the morning you can see pavilions, chipmunks or monkeys. It takes 10 minutes walk to the beach and main road. Simple and good breakfasts. Great villa caretaker Jayatissa)

The host was extremely kind and attentive to our needs! The room was great and above our expectations.

Wifi was unstable 1 or 2 times but overall it worked fine for our video calls

I booked for few nights first but extended to one month and this explains a lot! the best place to stay: nice comfortable room with comfy bed, new modern bathroom, 2 rooms only which makes the place super quite and homy. It’s 10 minutes walking from the beach and this is the best option ever unless you want to hear loud parties and russian karaoke singers all night long on the seaside. I woke up hearing birds and had breakfast admiring monkeys running around in the garden. But the biggest treasure of this place is of course its manager Jayatissa who cooked amazing breakfasts and was super helpful all the time.

The villa is the perfect stay for a family. The food is great and the staff is exceptional. Good value for money and situated in the beautiful Mirissa where there is much to explore in Southern Sri Lanka. Thanks Cham for the great stay we had there.

The staff was very kind and friendly. We very liked breakfasts, the Internet worked properly.

It was a little bit difficult to find the hostel the first time. The location is 13 mins from the center.

The host was super super nice and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and big. Even with electricity problems right now in Sri Lanka, host was able to turn on the generator time to time. Super clean. Nice surounding and very calm. Lots of closet space.

It's a bit far from the beach (15 min), but on the other side it is very calm and you will be able to sleep very nicely.

Our stay at Coastal Villa Mirissa was definitely a memorable. The room is cosy and provided with all needed facilities. Hot water and shower works perfectly. On the other hand we loved a lot the greenish surrounding. Their breakfast at the garden was so delicious. Caretaker properly assisted us in all our requirements. We walked to the beach easily and reached within around 8 minutes. Overall we are highly satisfied with our stay there. Definitely we will be back.

The rooms are okay but with twin beds.

Bathroom- very low pressure in the shower. Hot water was not working when we went there. Response was terrible as well. The breakfast we had was the worst in our vacation in Sri Lanka. Couldn't even provide an extra slice of fruit. No dedicated area for breakfast so you eat in the sun. Care taker doesn't understand much English so u are on your own. Plus this place is very far from the beach.

I liked the fact that it was very clean they had sanitized and maintained it.

The location is way too much inside people who want very peaceful place this for you, the rooms are clean but the sanitizer smell was too too strong, can't comfortably open windows they are all huge doors no windows apparently to let in fresh air also. The bathroom doesn't have an air out it's completely suffocating with a bad smell when u first enter. . .it takes time for the smell to go.

The villa is nice, 10 minutes walk from the beach. It is located far from the road, so the territory is very quiet. There is only one man from the staff who is very friendly and always help with any question. Special thanks for congratulations for my husband. On the day of check-in, it was his birthday and the owner of the villa gave him a cake. It was very unexpected and pleasant.

Everything was great. It's always very important for me that the place is quiet. This villa is located near the jungles, but still it's only a 5-7-minute walk to the beach. All you need is in the room!) We came a bit earlier and checked-in, as we woke up at 6, the breakfast was served as we wanted. Thank you!

The place is exactly what you see in the pictures. Enough space for 3 pax to move around. Clean and well kept. Small garden, with parking. Caretaker is nice and helpful Very responsive host. A/C and hot water worked fine (didn't use the TV) There's a kettle, cloth rack , water, tea making and a mini fridge. Towels and basics you need in the washroom (no hairdryer or iron but we didn't request any. May be they provide) Walking distance from the beach. (Closer to Salt Mirissa) The caretaker arranged a tuk tuk to go the beach on request since we didn't want to walk to the road to get one. Walked back around 2.30 am. There were 1 or 2 spots without street lights but didn't feel unsafe (mostly because this was 31st night and lot of people out at that time, not sure about normal days) but there are plenty of tuk tuks on the road. About Rs. 100-150 Breakfast was value for money. Recommended!

There was an issue with the washroom door lock being stuck. Host and caretaker were informed and was told they will fix it. The closet seemed like either it hadn't been used for a while or not cleaned enough to put clothes. It wasn't filthy, just a little dusty. Beds were not as soft as you'd expect but it wasn't an issue for us. We slept fine.

Super good stay near Mirisaa beach. Great location, clean room with garden and delicious breakfast. Host was so helpful, that helped us to take a taxi to our next destination.

Room is clean. Danny and his wife are really sweet. Peaceful location (and only 2 rooms).

Highly recommended address in Mirissa. Yummy breakfast, lovely hosts and beautiful spacious room in a prime location. What more to wish for?
