I really liked the pool, great location, good and clean rooms. Very friendly staff. All this for an amazing price.

Beds not too comfy, some rooms didn't have night curtains.

The apartment is pleasant and spacious.

The swimming pool is not well maintained and is really dirty.

Location. It's near the beach. Elevator system is a little bit sketchy. You need a key to be able to use it.

It's a self catering apartment but dishwasher and toilet paper should be more.

No facilities. Bad quality linen. No hangers. Poor quality kitchen utensils. Too hot. Air co cant manage all apartment plus was leaking on the sofa.

We liked the fact that the sea is in front of the residence.

The sheets had spots. It was very hot during the afternoon in the bedroom due to sun.

despite being at the beginning of June, pool was out of order- because it was out of season we were told. Pool was one of the main reasons we booked it, so it was major disappointment. Also despite booking and paying for an apartment with view, we were told to pay additional €5 per day for the view.

The location was extraordinary. Beach and sea view both from the room and from the balcony. The beach is 50 meters away. The swimming pool and the inner courtyard are clean. The surface of the apartment is generous.

In the living room, the lack of a wardrobe or a chest of drawers to put your things.

The property was perfect.

The shops are a bit far and we had to use car most of the time but the rest was perfect

Shower Drain had a issue and the water didn't go away. The pillows are very bad

If you take a seaview room, be aware of the non-stop noise that will come from the street. There is a construction site just next to the windows, that will work noisily non stop at daytime. You will see a crane working just above your head. Then There is a Rock Cafe on the beach. It starts working in June. Whole of South Bay property hears The music from it. The band works from Thursday to Sat from 11.00 pm to 4.00 am!!! There is no way that you can’t hear them singing loud at night. It’s just a bit less loud to hear it in your bed than to listen to it in Rock cafe)) Next come the bikers) There is a biker hustling spot at the yacht port next to the house. There road to it is free at night so they gather there meeting friends and practicing their motors loudly while standing and talking, and drive their motorcycles 🏍 very quickly and noisily at night just under your windows until 4.00 in the morning. It will be always actual for summer. I rented several apartments in the house for my family ( actually still live in one of them: if you have some questions you can contact me), so I can Tell that the music from the Rock cafe you can hear at night everywhere in the house from Thursday to Saturday until 4.00 am. So, if you like night life and will not get back home until 4.00 am, you don’t have to mind such issues - the view is just amazing)) But if you like sleeping at night you’d better find a quieter place in Varna. In apartment 10 , section 6, there are nests with swallows , and they are flying and singing on the room window and on the balcony. If you like birds you will find it lovely.

Really missing some kitchen amenities to cook, washing machine as well, bit more pricey than on average in this area

Great property, very close to the beach, fresh appartments, everything is new, everything is clean. Perfect!

I couldn’t say I didn’t like something..maybe the cold water in the pool, but since is September is understandable.
