The driver of the shuttle mini bus did not take us to Hong Kong Zhuhai Macau Bridge.. We checked out 12 noon. We waited for the shuttle schedule to depart 1:30pm. We waited for 1 and a half hour thinking that the shuttle would take to HZMB. Im not happy with what we had experienced with the shuttle....

did not have breakfast as want to try local food, room especially bathroom was clean n recently done up although there were rips in the net curtains, surprised small room was good enough for 3 beds, room facilities were adequate for a one night stay.
there were no gym or recreational facilities, if the lobby was bigger it would be more comfortable in sitting down n wait for friends, however the hotel was quite adequate if it was a short stay of one night n if one was not looking for high end facilities.

Location is excellent. City center and you can just walk around.
The pillow is too soft. We have asked for extra but refused by hotel. A bit difficult to sleep if pillow is no good.

Before i book the room it say i have free upgrade from standard room to superior room, but when i checked in they give me standard room, no Hair dryer and no tissue box, in the room.

Just the location apart from that nothing special as everything seems pricey.
The housekeeping staff were extremely reluctant giving out sugar and coffees for guest upon request. Especially we are paying guest and the hotel is pricey and housekeeping lady was murmuring in chinese and pulling a long face towards me. This is ridiculous !!! I dont mind if this sevice coming from a hostel or budget hotel but 350 dollars a night yet she could behave like that to a guest for a coffee and sugar. Hotel needs to educate staff

The location of the hotel is perfect. Close to shops, Senado square & Lisboa casino.
The hotel is under renovation at the moment & is quite noisy at daytime. But they were apologetic for the inconveniences.

Location was great! Rooms were super nice and had a good feel. Amazing mattress !!
Bathroom was a little aged but overall ok.

I liked the location of the property, and the value for money was ok... comparing to all the other stays in that part of the Macau. Beds are comfortable and the room was clean; if I remember correctly. :) Haven't had breakfast so can't comment on that. We used this hotel only to overnight and rest as much as we could.
The Hotel was on top of the game when answering our inquiries prior to our arrival. Kudos for that.
There was a lil feeling of "humid" scent in the room. The decor of the room is just "facepalm". There was a nice working safe in the room.
