Convenience to shop centre to mtr to airport etc

No curtesy bus at 5 am in morning

I guess only thing is that it is close to the outlet mall.

The room slipper was thin, making it uncomfortable to wear. The lounge was not equipped to sufficiently cater for guests in terms of quantity of food. And the check-in is slow, taking close to 15mins.

The location was great - close to the airport and free shuttle service was a bonus.

The property seems tired and in need of upgrading overall. Our room was an odd layout, it was well appointed but very "fussy" - so many light switches but so difficult to light up the entire room! None of the cupboards and drawers closed properly. Beds and pillows were too soft and not to our liking.

It’s within walking distance from Tung Chung station. Best thing is shuttle bus rung often b/w airport and hotel. We used to live next door and know the area, so everything was convenient.

Buffet has many varieties but taste just soso. Fruits runs out early and not filled again. HK hotels now are getting expensive.

Very close to the airport and outlet mall and also transportation services was very good and useful. Also useful location for visiting the disneyland.

Not very clean the bathroom.

早餐品項算多，餐廳位置方便，有泳池，旁邊就是地鐵和賣場，出行方便。

空港に近いので早朝の出発便でもプレッシャーが少なく良く利用しています。 今回はシーズン的にプールを利用しましたがちゃんと泳げる大きさと環境のプールで大変満足しました。

香港のテレビTVB翡翠台が観られない

I love everything about Novotel Citygate. All staffs are nice and can understand English. It's very easy to communicate with them, They allowed early check-in and they have fast check-out too. The location is very convenient. There's a path inside the Citygate Outlet. It is also 10-15 min walk to Tung Chung Station. They have free airport shuttle too :) During our stay, the swimming pool was opened so we were able to relax and enjoy!
