全中国最高的酒店，入住108层，餐厅经理服务意识和态度值得赞扬。

两次入住丽思卡尔顿，均让人感到失望，第一次是北京丽思卡尔顿，第二次是香港丽思。4点不满：1、酒店餐厅提供粤语和英文服务，不能提供普通话服务，下午茶点餐遭冷遇体验感非常不佳；2、酒店装修略显陈旧、家具等磨损较为严重；3、酒店内部卫生状况堪忧，装饰雕花灰尘、蛛网肉眼可见；4、外部景观一般，酒店海景较为一般，靠近货运港，海景较为杂乱，远不如维港海景,价格和价值不对称。

The service staff deserves special praise and attention, they are really great professionals. So dedicated to their duties, its just so motivating even for me.

I expected that for an extra fee I would get a much better view. However, the view was great on the bay, but the city was not visible at all. Although you have rooms that perfectly combine both the city and the bay view. Its time to renew the swimming pool area, it doesnt feel fresh. Breakfasts do not take into account the taste preferences of guests from Central Asia

In Room Checkin (altough this is standard in the class the Ritz wants to play). Room was ok, location on top of highest building of Asia has some advantages (and some disadvantages (e.g., in rainy weather you are 24 hours in the clouds, it always take a minute of elevator ride (not to speak of waiting time for elevator) to get to Lobby in Floor 103, to change to real room elevator)

For me the Ritz Carlton felt like a Business Marriot (most probably efficient processes for the masses, but no individualism for specific wishes of travellers). So if this would be a 4 star Marriot Business Hotel in a mid west province, i would rate 9. Breakfast is extremly poor quality (in all aspects, but price) ... the main restaurant was too full (!!), so we were sitted in some coffee shop, small selection, only decent quality, service personal obviously not on top of their business (long waiting, warm water, but cold coffee .. again maybe they are used to serve coffee from the warming plate quicker, but the offer espresso and cappuchino, so they should serve it in first 20 min and it should be hot when arriving at the table). Every personal i spoke (except Checkin) was (positiv formulated) professional (not helpful, not able to do anything on guest wishes)

Other than mall (which is v nice), not much to walk to that's immediately close by. But good subway connection and 30mins by train from airport.

Das Hotel hat voll und ganz unseren Erwartungen an ein 5 Sterne Hotel erfüllt - insbesonderes der Blick aus der Executive Lounge war einzigeartig über den Victoria Habour - ebenso der Service in der Lounge sowie die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Mitarbeiter. Ebenso toll ist die Erreichbarkeit des Hotels vom Flughafen mit einem direkten Bahn-Stop im Untergeschoss des ICC.

Der einzige Punkte welcher nicht so toll war, dass es keine direkte U-Bahn Verbindung in den Stadtteil - Tsim Sha Tsui gibt und somit länger Fahrtzeiten dorthin benötigt werden.

Очень очень понравился отель. Вид из номера , чистота , запах в отеле )) . ОБСЛУЖИВАНИЕ . Был рускоговорящий менеджер Винсент. Умничка и молодец. Все подсказывал . А вот рестораны мишленовские разочаровали! Не так уж вкусно, и я не дала 3 * У нас в Москве в Сахалине намного вкуснее. ))

Extrem freundlicher Empfang von Mr Best. Wunderbares Zimmer, ruhig, top Aussicht auf Etage 108. Pool und Whirlpool auf 118 spektakulär. Unbedingt den Pool aufsuchen!!!! Ich verreise beruflich viel und habe hohe Ansprüche - das hier war aussergewöhnlich gut ( leider auch der Preis). Würde immer wieder kommen. Die Lage ist nicht ganz so top - aber man ist schnell an allen Orten.

スタッフさんが、覚えていてくださり、 お声がけくださったこと。 うれしかってです。 居場所は、物理的な空間ではなく、その人の中に自分がいるかどうか、です。

ありません。 少しだけ感じたのは、 朝食の際、 「窓側席が空いたら案内します」という 配慮がうれしかったのですが、 後からいらっしゃる方が何組か窓側席に通されていました。 その後、私から「忘れないでね☺️」と お声がけさせて頂き、 素敵なお席にご案内くださいました。 ありがとうございました。 窓側でなくても構いませんので、 次回以降、入り口付近はリラックスできないので、避けて欲しいです。 次回も素晴らしい朝食の時空間を 楽しみにしています。 いつもしあわせな時間をありがとうございます☺️

Perfect and high-end service - as expected. As our return flight only left at 23:45, the hotel offered a prolongation of our room until 16:00 without additional charge - which was very helpful.

This hotel is amazing. Concierge Emily Chui greeted me as I stepped out of the car and took me directly to my room and did all check-in there. She gave me her number and was available to me anytime throughout my stay to help with anything I needed. Ozone bar, highest bar in the world, was terrific. Guest Experience Manager Adam Vayda made my visit to the bar memorable and special. Housekeeping services were personalized and exceptional. The view from my room on the 112th floor was amazing. There is a wonderful Hotel Ambassador, Joe Ku, who has been with the hotel 30+ years who is in the lobby to attend to anything a guest needs and just to make us feel welcome. I highly recommend the Ritz in Hong Kong.

I didn't like that someone took me up to my room .. I felt little bit uncomfortable about that .. but I understand that's part of the process .. just not my personal style ..

Staff estremamente gentile, disponibile, accogliente e preparato, pronto a soddisfare le aspettative. Cena di Capodanno indimenticabile. Servizio Spa, una vera coccola, Rooftop con vista da mille e una notte e coctktails incredibili, il tutto con una gestione estremamente attenta ai dettagli! consiglierò senza ombra di dubbio la struttura e ci tornerò con estremo piacere!
