The hotel is high-end, well-equipped, the rooms are comfortable and clean, and it is also suitable for one person. Ordering during mid-year discounts is very cost-effective.

The hotel's executive room truly needs improvements. Not happy hour, not afternoon tea available even they advertised at the introduction.

The room and the beds were too small, the door knob was broken and the airconditioner was not working well

it had the basics (beds, housekeeping, shower, elevators) pro - the beds were comfortable, neighbourhood was quiet

it was a bit of a walk to a metro station. concierge staff didn’t seem too helpful or knowledgeable on transpo options. common areas are a bit dirty.

Convenient location. Rooms are cozy and clean. Had all necessary amenities. Friendly staff.

Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. since we were on three days quarantine didn't come into contact with other staff.

Hotel corridors and lifts looked gloomy and dated. lighting and decor could have been brighter. Also checking out through service lift and carpark wasn't a nice experience. But suppose being a quarantine hotel this is understandable.food supplied could have been better.
