Ricky, the manager, is exemplary in his service. He was quick to response to an emergency, showed compassion and made good decision and made sure that my husband and I were well taken care of. The staff, from the receptionists to the concierge are cheerful, helpful and take initiative to help and ask hotel guests if they needed help. The location of the hotel is central and excellent. We will definitely return again.

everything was walking distance!! including the train station and restaurants we went to. room was very spacious, a little damp but still comfortable.

the aircon however was not working properly. it was a bit warm. i guess the staff should have s]\checked the airconditioning before we, the guests, were allowed to get in. we only had it checked the 3rd day as we were kinda busy and it was the day we got to compare our rooms aircon with out friends room airconditioning. Theirs was really cold and can can compare that our rooms was far warmer than theirs. service was fast when i reported and was told the aircon was not working right and was offered to transfer. since we were leaving the following day, rather than packing and unpacking, we just opted to stay and not transfer from 1503 to 1509.

First room smelled like mildew and storage closet, terrible view . We were reassigned a bigger room that was much better however the view of pool area which was not nice. The water took 30 minutes of running shower before it got hot. No bidet at toilet, faucet leaked

Otelin konumu muhteşem. Çalışanlar çok yardımseverlerdi. Kahvaltısı güzeldi. Büyük oda kiralamıştık, odanın büyüklüğü çok güzeldi

Otel çok eski, odalardaki mobilyalar çok yıpranmış. Özellikle banyo, küvet ve duş kısmının görünümü çok kötü idi. Siyahlaşmış silikon ve fayans derzleri, banyoda artık kullanılmayan perde sisteminin kullanılması çok negatif idi

It was good - we have been comma here many years and even if things were not available (eggs florentine) the staff took care of us - very much appreciated

The lobby needs to be redecorated to look more sophisticated as well as the coffee shop deco. The plumbing / air con pipes can be a little noisy at night and the rooms a little tired but your staff are great - worth their weight in gold - it is hoped they are appreciated and taken care of

Great location. Hotel is connected to Habour City. MTR is an easy 5 mins walk. The rooms are a lot bigger than many other HK hotels.

La decoración de la habitación siguen siendo igual que hace 30 años, un poco obsoleta, pero se puede aguantar, no tienen los adaptores de enchufes para los extranjeros como antiguamente. La tele no iba.....

Chose this for its good location, easy Star Ferry access, walking distance to vast array of shops, eating places, etc, Continental Club was excellent.

Room (building in general above the foyer level) looking very tired, and airconditioning in suite just barely functioned (& noisy).

15:00應該要能Check in，等到15:40才能進去，沒有任何位置可以坐著等 說希望能夠有好一點的海景，所以聽房務人員安排抽菸房，說味道還好，結果臭爆就算了，view就是一個很大的停車場？ 整個房間的被子是濕的，冰箱，這個感受太糟糕了👎🏿

No creo que merezca ser un hotel de 5 estrellas. Mi primera habitación tuvo un corto circuito cuando intente cargar un dispositivo y me quede toda la noche sin electricidad. Al día siguiente me cambie de habitación y esta tenia filtraciones de agua en el baño que mojaron todas la toallas.

1. hardly see any staff welcoming you. 2. I tried to extend one night stay and was quoted by Marco Polo at HKD1860, I told him I can get from Booking.com at HKD1680. I tried to work out with MP to match the price or give free breakfast or loyalty points to save Booking.com fee for PM. The FO impatiently rejected me. I wonder is there any reason for MP to have their own website to promote the hotel.
