Wir haben ein sehr ruhiges Zimmer bekommen. Ob Parken, Auskünfte, Ankommen, Abreise, alles wurde so schnell und hervorragend bearbeitet. Und die Freundlichkeit ist nicht zu toppen.

Frühstück war sehr gut. Lage perfekt für den Stadtbesuch und die Rheinnähe

The room was comfortable, and the facilities were good. Coffee and water were available. Body lotion and hair conditioner were provided.

In the morning, the staff shouted so loudly for half an hour. It was annoying. For check-in, the lady at reception asked me why I speak English when I have German identities. I didn't like it. The hair drier was really dirty. I didn't dare to touch it. The bathroom was old and germ patterns were visible. Not nice! The floor was carpeted and not clean enough. You needed to use sleepers.

Staff were very friendly and helpful for my room and to give recommendations where to visit and eat. Location is very convenient to the center/ river. Breakfast was well made and a good selection

Not really a negative but a warning, the underground garage is very light for a large vehicle.

Perfect location 200m from the main train station. Very clean rooms, little bit outdated but very comfortable. Coffe, tea and bottle of water in the room, free wifi which is working good and fast. Breakfast was very good, plenty choices, something for everybody. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. Good recommendation for everybody who wants to stay close to the center!

The hotel is in a great location minute. Walk to the train station. Staff was helpful, I forgot my 110-220v and the staff provided one. Overall a great stay.

We arrived at the hotel, and when we made the payment (we had made the reservation via booking.com more than a month in advance) we found that the value did not coincide with the value that was informed in the app (+60€ difference). Breakfast is not included, and for two days we had to pay an extra 60€ for two people, a shame. We paid for a double room and when we went up we saw that it was not what we had actually paid for (it was a room with two single beds), when they were confronted they informed us that there were NO double rooms in the hotel, we warned them that being so we had to get our money back and cancel the stay. Only after this warning was there magically a double room available. Rewards? Two cans of coca-cola and a small packet of pringles .... No need to say anything because we share the sentiment. Carpet completely full of dust, bed without sheets, wallpaper from a horror movie like the one in The Shinning. Bathroom, let's do it, the shower support can't take the weight of the shower, the curtain is so waterproof that the water passes to the other side, you have clothes on the floor? you can forget about it because it will get soaked. You need an elastic band so you can have water coming out of the shower and not out of the tap. To finish with the cherry on top of the cake, during our stay (two full days) there was no cleaning service to the rooms as advertised in the hotel and advertisement. I had to go to reception to ask for towels and toilet paper and was greeted with an air of discontent for asking for bath towels. The sign was put on the door, along with the notice at reception when we left and still no effect. Do I recommend? Clearly not.

Super near at Köln HBF and Dom. Sauna and Fitness room can be use for free.

No answer to my email! Due to unavailability of extra bed, I booked extra single room which is more expensive than my business class room. Standard room and business class are likely the same. Uncomfortable pillow und rooms are old/outdated.

Convenient location with very helpful staff. I was stressed disruption to train services at Köln station and worried to miss a meeting the next morning, so left a precious jacket behind.Staff kindly organised to send it back to Ireland.

Like a lot if chain hotels these days the bed was a little hard, but not uncomfortable.

The breakfast was absolutely gorgeous with a long span 06.30 to 10.30 in a beautiful dining hall.

I really do not think it could have been much better. It ticked all our boxes. It more than met all.of our expectations.
