Beautiful location

Staff were all incredibly polite and helpful. Rooms were immaculately clean. Lots of choice at Breakfast. The Pool is very nice. Gardens and grounds immaculately maintained. There is beach access straight off the pool area with a few SUPs and Kayaks you can use for free. It's an easy walk to bars and other hotels along the beach strip of Fisherman's Village either along the road or along the beach. The Hotel will readily organise one of their drivers to take you further afield, pick you up later or even drive you round the island if you want and the cost is very reasonable. The family all had a massage in the spa at the resort and the experience was just wonderful, the spa manager has been there some time and is very professional taking time to welcome clients and explain the different types of massage and essential oils

What's not to like. It's a personal choice but the resort was generally very quiet in the day and the evenings, with no "pool bar" atmosphere per se, but that depends what you want out of a holiday. If you want something more lively then some of the other hotels or Coco Tams beach bar have more atmosphere and are good to visit, but if you really want more night life then you should stay in Chaweng instead

We've stayed here 5 times and will come back again. Its a small resort in the heart of Bophut with a good range of facilities. This means it is less crowded than most resorts and more relaxed. Its constantly one of the prettiest and cleanest resorts we visit and the gardens are stunning. Do yourself a favor and book a bungalow (with or without pool) as these are the best rooms.

The roomservice was exceptionally good. they came as we put out the sign or left the room. we never felt disturbed or uncomfortable, just really good taken care of. we had fresh fruits every day in our room and water every day as soon as we ran out of it. the whole staff was making sure everybody is feeling welcome and appreciated. the breakfast was fantastic with a variety of bakery, bread (vernünftiges Brot für Europäer), fruit, a chef at service for fresh omelette etc. and really everything you could think of. we would come again anytime!

Bo Phut resort is a boutique hotel that provides a luxury experience. Rooms were beautiful and very big, the bathroom was one of the largest we had. Very clean and also had a nice turn down service. Staff was very friendly - both restaurant manager and the pool staff knew us and took great care of us. Breakfast was one of the best we had on a very long trip. The pool is small and beautiful, pool service was great. SPA was very good. Location: walking distance to the Fisherman's village night market (recommended). Overall, Luxury experience in Koh Samui and still close to Fisherman's village. Highly recommend especially for couples.

Our room was exactly what I had hoped we would get.... a 2nd floor, corner unit with a huge balcony overlooking a lush tropical garden and pond. The sound of fountains and water running with birds chipping was a tropical symphony! The room was spacious and well laid out, and the bathroom was spa perfect. The staff though, were the reason I would go back again. 5 Star Quality Service. Friendly but not intrusive. Helpful and attentive to detail. As an unexpected touch, they recognized my birthday, spelling out "Happy Birthday" on my bed, with flowers and towels folded like little elephants. I was so touched! They all went out of their way to make the perfect impression of what was indeed an ideal stay. I highly recommend this resort to anyone coming to Koh Samui!

the gardens were beautiful, the property felt like a private oasis. the pool and beach access was great! the room was spacious and comfortable and the attention to detail in every element of the resort made it such a special experience. the staff were all exceptional!!!

the pillows were a bit too soft for my liking but that’s me being picky. I would definitely come back again as everything else was perfect

The resort is nice and clean. The villas are beautiful, spacious and very comfortable. Our premium pool villa has a great pool. The gardeners maintain the greenery very nicely. The staff is very professional, helpfull and very kind. Breakfast is buffet-style, with a wide selection. The choice of dinners is good, the food is very tasty and very well prepared. We definitely recommend it.

excellent location, right in the beach near fisherman’s village. The staff and facilities were excellent , we were upgraded to a garden villa on arrival which was gorgeous and had a huge bathroom, nice touches such as robes, slippers complementary flip flop and beach bag.

the pool temperature could have been colder it was too warm

The whole resort is great, from the arrival experience, rooms, pool area, breakfast, food offer and location. But the peak positive experience is delivered by the fantastic staff we met in all positions. So friendly, helpful and service minded. Prices for food and drink, transportation, etc. are slightly higher than outside the resort, but definitely reasonable.
