Todo fue perfecto

They took dogs. We were travelling from Quintana Roo to Queretaro and this was our first stop on the moving journey with my dog. We didn't stay for breakfast. In fact we left as soon as we could.

The dinner was abysmal, we ordered enchiladas after an incredibly disappointing drink order process. The bar (which they had one, separate from the restaurant, however it was closed on a Friday night) selection was, and I am not kidding, tequila. Not margaritas or palomas, just tequila. The wine selection was a bottle of Lambrusco (gross), and the ONLY beer they had was room temperature amber (I can't recall if it was Victoria or Indio, I am more of a lager person and didn't even finish the one I ordered). The front desk was less than attentive. No offer to help with luggage, they didn't answer the phone for more than 30 minutes while we drove around lost for 45 mins due to GPS taking us to an alternative location with the same location information (not their fault, however not answering added unnecessary time since once they did and sent us their location via whatsapp we were able to find them - booking.com got the address wrong), then after we unloaded the car of all the stuff we were travelling cross country with, we discovered there was no cold water - which meant the toilet wouldn't flush. To remedy this they wanted us to move rooms - keep in mind I had just carried in 2 suitcases, 2 carry-ons, my dog, my laptops (work and personal) and some other incidentals that would be inviting to a thief without any offer of help (I noticed the bell hop cart as we were leaving and the car was already loaded, so even an offer for the cart would have been a huge help!) We were exhausted, unsated by canned chicken in our bland enchiladas and luke warm beer (singular), so we asked for a bucket to flush water down the toilet and went to bed. We were on the road by 6am without breakfast because why? I can't imagine it would have been worth sticking around for..

A comfortable stay just a short walk from the ADO bus station and easy to find. The pool was a nice place to cool off.

I booked a free shuttle to the airport and when I went to check the following morning thay told me it was not available. I had to miss breakfast in order to catch my flight. Not impressed as my main reason for booking the hotel was the free airport shuttle.

Nice Hotel with an excellent pool with palm trees, quite central in CdC.

The hotel was very nice, with swimming pool and nice, speacious room. We spend a very good time there.

Very beautiful hotel The pool area makes everything Rooms are very nice confortable and clean

TThey do not like Americans..moved me twice to different room and did help move my things..charged more than listing..was over charged for every meal and beverage transaction

Outside our room there were two men who stayed drinking all night and were still there when we had breakfast in the morning. Do I care about this? No, but they were so loud and noisy and no-one wanted to do anything about it.
