Only thing I liked about this property is that it is near to Al Haram

Everything about it is disliked except for location. The staff forced us to wait 4-5 hours before the checkin. Staffs behavior was also not good. They are too arrogant and rude. We asked for a twin room but they gave us two single beds. There were no toiletries except for shampoo and tissue roll. There were no towels , coffee kettle, cups, water etc. The locker was also not working. Their cafe was also overcharging the basic items. They have mentioned the shuttle but they said they have talked about public transport. We wanted to change the sty dates but they refused to make any change .

Nice Hotel close to Haram., they were flexible with late check-out.

Initially AC was not working changed room @ 3 am after coming from Umrah. There was no space in room even for prayer mat. Room was toooo small ... was very difficult for children to move... Management behavior was too rude....

I cannot comment as I did not stay here as they had given one of the two rooms I had booked to someone else. It was frustrating but they did walk me to another nearby hotel and I managed to get two rooms there.

Even though my two rooms were booked and confirmed on Booking.com, when I got there, they told me they only had one room available for me. With my family (including a three year old) and being in ihram, it was not a nice experience. But as I mentioned above, they did walk me to another hotel to book two rooms there, rather than leave me on the streets, and for that I have given them 5 out of 10 (otherwise, I would have been in an awkward position with no way of contacting booking.com or booking another hotel). The other hotel was quite reasonable with spacious rooms.

The location is perfect compared to its price / 7 min by taxi to Al masjid Al haram. I would book in it again... Its rating should be higher Rooms & lobby are clean
