Asked for an ironing board in each of the three rooms I booked didn’t turn up in either room,had to go out in creased clothes,bar closed far too early

Amazing hotel! Very well located, with lots of restaurants, cafes and shops nearby, and a short walk to the center. Staff was very nice and helpful. The room was very cozy and stylish.

There was not a thing we didn't like.

Loved the size of the room, the comfy bed, the bathroom. All spotlessly clean. Easy parking underneath. Loved the breakfast. Location of the hotel is great.

Bit unhelpful regrading how the parking works. As we were arriving late I specifically contacted in advance for instructions and was told to try to find parking and if I had problems to come to reception. However you have to check in for them to be able to give you parking garage access so head straight to reception if you have a car and save yourself some time.

The staff were able to move us to quieter room which we super appreciated. The location proved good with access to the buses, the city centre and restaurants. We normally prefer a smaller/ more boutique environment but for a big hotel this was great.

They ran out of a couple of things at breakfast a couple of times, but that is probably not their fault.

Mostly everything was great. Good location right at the beginning of the shopping/dining street. Excellent parking situation with a private garage as well as street parking.

Breakfast was just ok, but it was free and provided a lot of variety so not a problem

The staff was very nice and helpful. The location was great and could easily walk to tourist places and shopping.
