We had a wonderful ocean front family vacation. Property is as described in the listing. There is some wear and tear in the unit, but since the price was affordable, I didn't mind.

We live on the west coast and came for a visit with our son who’s at Fort Bragg. We wanted to go see Myrtle Beach and take him with a couple of his buddies along. This condo was a perfect location and stay for us! I’m a hotel snob and enjoy staying somewhere that feels brand new, like nobody else has ever stayed there. With that said, the building seems a bit older and in need of some updating, the condo was very clean and well kept. I would’ve liked a little bit more comfortable bed but it wasn’t terribly either. The view and balcony was amazing. Our last morning on the east coast we got up to watch the sunrise and it was spectacular! The directions for check in were easy to follow, the condo was plenty big for the 7 of us with room to spare. It was clean and the owner graciously allowed us to check in early which was greatly appreciated since we only had 1 night to enjoy this getaway with our son before we flew out the next day. We would definitely stay here again, hopefully longer than 1 night!

Trying to locate the unit key was a bit nerve-wracking, but once we got to the unit everything was good. There was 10 of us, 5 adults, 5 kids. Plenty of room for everyone. There are a few nit picky things that need to be fixed...microwave handle was broke and missing, a towel rack in the master bath was broken, washer and dryer took forever to run and my biggest complaint was the mattress in the master room and the mattress in room 2 next to the wall. Both were very hard and my daughter and I woke up every morning barely able to move. They need pillow toppers or something. Also, the faucet in the sink of the master bath needs replacing. When you turn it on, it sprays everywhere.Now, on to the positives. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the dishes, pots and pans, silverware and utensils that you could possibly need. There's also a toaster, crockpot and dual coffee maker. One side is a reg pot and other side is a keurig. We had plenty of towels to accommodate as well. We had a great time and over all the condo was great. Even with all the negatives I listed, I would still rent this unit again.

The condo had ample room, was clean and we all enjoyed our stay here.

Had a great time with family. Very nice place to stay. Would return again. Plenty of room for everyone to sleep.

Staying here was very nice. We each had our own room. Spacious family & meal area. Wish there was a ramp for taking a wagon or easier way to take items to beach.

It was a clean room but some of the doors wouldn't lock to bathrooms but overall was not a bad hotel.

Property was in a great location, offered garage and outdoor parking, and was as described and clean. Owner was easy to communicate with. We had no issues with our stay and would definitely return!

Very clean with perfect amenities for our group of 7 adults. Views of the beach were awesome! Location was close to golf courses, restaurants and shopping. Unfortunately we had a large van and had to park a block away.

WE HAD SOME SMALL PROBLEMS IN THE BEGINGING BUT CALLED THE PEOPLE IN CHARGE AND EVERYTHING WAS SOLVED ASAP. THANKS WE LIKED THUS UNIT ALOT

The resort was mediocre. Indoor and outdoor pools too small for such a large facility; they were overrun by children with floats and playing ball. No place for adults to actually swim. No shade anywhere. No umbrellas in pool area and lawns. Beach chairs and umbrellas for beach only available by purchase. There were never any beach towels. Hard uncomfortable lawn chairs. Building poorly insulated….noise from above and one side (corner unit) many problems with the unit itself.

Except for difficulty with TV operations, the locks on the sliding doors being broken & the baths running both the shower & bath at the same time, everything was wonderful. The manager was able to resolve almost all issues quickly

Large 4 br, 3 bath, well stocked kitchen. Great ocean front view. Plenty of parking places. On South end of MB. Right in the middle of all the places we want to go. October was a great time of year if you want less people. Spent a lot of time at the pools and the beach.
