The location of this property is perfect. lovely sea views and a stones throw from restaurants and the beach. We managed to park right outside and a permit was included. The apartment is large spacious and clean.

The communal areas are tired and dark, it was off putting on arrival. You need to factor in a returnable cash deposit.

The owners had provided everything we could possibly need during our stay. The apartment was lovely, clean and like new.

Nothing, although the stairs to access the apartment could be a challenge for some.

The location of the apartment was superb. Beautiful views. Its was brilliantly clean and had everything in it we could possibly need. The local information provided was also a really big help. Wish we'd had longer to stay. Maybe next time!

Nothing. We loved staying here and would recommend it in a heartbeat. (The main building stairs are a little bug bear but we knew to expect them, just wish I was fitter!!)

The apartment was immaculate with stunning views, Keith and Salva have thought of everything to make your stay super comfortable! It's located within walking distance of pretty much everything Southsea and Portsmouth has to offer. About a minute walk from the hovercraft that takes you over to the Isle of Wight. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to stay again.

The hosts put a lot of thought into meeting the needs and comfort of their guests. Flat was very comfortable and a pleasant place to be. The advertised view was understated.

The apartment was comfortably furnished, well appointed and spotlessly clean. With a lovely view and in a good area. All communication with the hosts was timely, professional and helpful. No hesitation in recommending 👍

The shower pressure wasn't very strong but appreciate this is not really something that can be easily addressed in the building.

The flat is amazingly large, unique on the layout, the cleanliness was outstanding, furnishing top, and equipped with more things than our home. The master bed which is a super-king size was fabulous and very comfy. The Views over the sea were brilliant. Location to local restaurants, shops and pubs was perfect.

The apartment was larger than expected. It was over two floors and was absolutely spotless. The views are wonderful and with the windows open there was a lovely sea breeze. It was so peaceful and perfectly placed for games on the lawns, the beach, the funfair, walks to Old Portsmouth and Gunwharf Quays, the town centre and some trendy vintage shops nearby. We didn’t use the car once in 5 days and Keith and Salva gave us parking tickets so we didn’t have to pay. Would definitely recommend.

Nothing, it was perfect

The property was very clean & comfortable with beautiful views of the beach & original features. Everything we needed was provided. Keith & Salva were very helpful hosts whilst being very respectful of our privacy. They were able to let us check in early & check out later, which was really kind of them. The apartment was centrally located with a tea room directly opposite, which served a lovely breakfast. It was only a short walk to Osborne Road & Palmerston Road where there was plenty of choice for reasonably priced food & drink. Highly recommend the Panero Lounge for breakfast, the Meat & Barrel for lunch/dinner & Restaurant Forty-6 for dinner. Albert Road is a little further on but worth the walk as there’s lots more choice of restaurants. We went to Sakura, which served delicious & authentic Japanese food and also Nicholsons which served great tapas & had a friendly atmosphere. The Gin & Olive, also on Albert Road, offered a great selection of cocktails.

There was anything we didn’t like about the property. There are a lot of stairs up to the apartment as it’s on the top floor of a Victorian building, which for us was fine & part of the charm of the building. And well worth it for the views! However, this would be off putting for anyone with mobility issues.

The property was very clean and spacious. The hosts were very helpful and accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

The only down side was the number of stairs and a little noise from a neighbor late one evening.

Location was amazing . The property was immaculate and the host provided everything needed for a short stay away from home . Highly advise The Briny restaurant for an evening meal. A short stroll away with lovely food and views

Parking was a little hit and miss as it was a lovely sunny weekend and people visiting southsea. We got a great spot right outside on Friday evening when we arrived so our advise would be stay put! Lots of Ubers available nearby and walking distance to shops
