We loved this location for visiting our daughter and their new baby. Clean and comfy right next to pool house and laundry. We were lucky enough to be there when there were baby ducks. Buy a loaf of bread because they will eat from your hand. Pedro was great and was about to switch us to this unit last minute when we needed an extra day. Great communication.

Nice one bedroom, with everything you need. Stayed there during hurricane and had no issues at all. Owner kindly delivered water just in case storm caused problems.

Even though I was in Melbourne for work, this property made me feel like I was on vacation. The property is beautiful and close to the beach. I would definitely stay here again. The owners were very responsive with communication.

We just lived the location perfectly close to everything, could walk to almost anywhere we wanted to go. Would live to revisit

After a week spent in Orlando it was nice to get out to the coast. This is a lovely little apartment with good facilities. Just a few points that could improve The freezer was dirty and although the ice cube trays was a nice touch, it was unclear how old the ice was. For two guests their was only one hand towel A few bits of crockery were chipped When we opened the door, it was very ‘musty’ and felt it had been locked up for a long time. The TV was a bit confusing. On the plus side It had lots of little extras, shampoo & conditioner & washing liquid. And a gorgeous pool that was empty most of the time It was very quiet and felt very safe. Thanks for the memories Jo Φl England

Beautiful property! The pool was heated this year which was a happy bonus. This condo is on the 3rd floor, so lots of steps, but worth it! Condo is open, light and very comfortable.

Really enjoyed my lengthy stay at Pedro's and Laura's condo. Everything was pretty much perfect, so I'm looking forward to returning.

Perfect setup and location for 2 people. Car not required as supermarket, beach, restaurants all within short walking distance. Highly recommend and hope to return. Erich and Anne from upstate N.Y.

I love to come to Melbourne to visit my granddaughters and like to have my own private place. This condo was perfect for me. This was my first time staying here, but have stayed in a condo in the same complex many times before and love the area. The bed was comfortable and my granddaughters loved an afternoon at the pool. I'm a big fan of lamps and natural light and there was plenty of both here. Although this unit is on the 3rd floor, it was not an issue for me, but could be for some. I counted it as daily exercise. The complex is very quiet and the beach is only 1/2 mile away - a great morning walk. Thank you Pedro and Laura for a great place to stay.

If you’re thinking about booking here, just do it. The place is clean, has a lot of space, and also basic things you need for cooking, close access to the beach, and a big pool to use. My boyfriend and I stayed here a week and it was the perfect getaway. Overall, very pleased.

We stayed here while our house was undergoing renovation so we didn't get to take much advantage of the facilities since we had to keep an eye on our house reno. But the condo was a nice pleasant getaway for us. The location next to the Green Turtle market and across from Corey's Bagels (two of our favorite places) was great. And it's only 1/2 mile to the beach where there is free parking. It's a dog friendly beach but even if you don't want to hang out with the dogs, it's a great place to take a walk (or swim). The condo kitchen has all the basics as does the bathroom. There's plenty of room to store clothing. I appreciated the water filter in the fridge and that coffee was supplied. The community pool looked lovely though we didn't have time to use it. The condo is on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator so keep that in mind if you aren't good at carrying luggage.

The property was just like we expected it to be. We had a wonderful stay.

Excellent and spacious one bedroom condo for my wife and I. Nicely decorated and equipped with everything we needed, bed was very comfortable. Beautiful pool and hot tub were great and never too crowded. Keep in mind the pool is on the back side rather than the pool that you overlook from the balcony. We also loved that it was close to the beach!

Pretty nice stay. The pool was nice. The kitchen had everything plus essential seasonings and coffee! Other items like paper goods, bags, and detergent were included. Very helpful. The water in the shower was not hot however and should be corrected. This unit is on the third floor and there is no elevator so keep that in mind while considering this property.

Perfect location, everything is within walking distance. The condo had nice touches to make it feel like home., it was very clean and pretty, the furniture and bed were very comfortable.The pool area was beautiful and very clean. The beach is 2-3 blocks away with free parking. We booked a couple of weeks for next year already.

In the description of the property, there was no mention that the condo was on a THIRD FLOOR walk up. NO elevator! (I did not read all the reviews until after our arrival and then found one that did mention that. Too late for us.) My husband and I are older (85 and 78). We did manage to haul our suitcases and groceries up the stairs. Never again. Apparently the expectation is that you won't be eating many meals at home. The kitchen was sparsely furnished. Just some skillets and one small pot that wasn't large enough to cook pasta or soup. Only 4 place settings of everything meant we had to run the dishwasher daily. A waste of energy in my opinion. The same with towels and bed linens. Only one set!The description also mentioned coffee and laundry detergent to be provided. All containers were empty.This unit is older and the furnishings are worn. Definitely needs to be upgraded; especially the bathroom. We were dismayed that the tub shower had no safety grab bars. The location was good with easy access to the beach, shopping and restaurants.In the future we'll be sure to ask for ground floor units.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying so close to the beach. Carova Beach is very close and we took advantage. The property is on the third floor with a very pleasant balcony. The unit was well-stocked with all the little items you know you will need, but didn't bring with you. The bed was comfortable and we really appreciated the washer and dryer. Some of the furnishings are a little tired.. I would definitely be a return visitor.

This is a great location.The condo is comfortable and well-maintained. It’s a quiet complex. We liked the bagel place across the street!

This property has everything you want/need in a beach getaway at one location. The wifi is strong, the kitchen is great, the water pressure/ temperature is nice and the air conditioning works perfectly. So many restaurants around to pick from. Grocery stores are nextdoor. And the most beautiful beach is so close!
