We loved the location of the condo, with a 10 min walk to the beach! Very spacious bedrooms. Loved the shower in the master bedroom. Lots of beach supplies( chairs, umbrella, wagon and beach toys if you have little ones. We really liked sitting out on the balcony that overlooks the pool.

The condo was everything promised and more. Well appointed, great amenities, perfect location and a master shower you won’t want to miss. We’d love to stay here again!

Everything was extremely nice. I would recomend asking for extra keys at check in, not the key code. Very clean, spacious, and great location.

Check in was easy and the Owner was great. Very pleased with our stay the condo has new furniture the best 4 Jet , Rain and Handheld shower in the Master. Easy in and out. On 2nd floor we used the stairs more than the elevator. Nice kitchen and great decor, the bed have memory foam pillow tops and fans in bed rooms make for a good nights sleep. The trash shoot drop and laundry were conveniently located. Everything you need. Beach is across the street! The back gate entrance into Seapones was super convenient an easy! We were in Harbortown on a 5 min ride. Love the Stay.

Super clean property with plenty of space for our group of 4. We enjoyed the location, pool, and all of the amenities. The owner and leasing company were both responsive to the few questions that we had. Great week’s stay!

We enjoyed our time at this rental. As described in the summary, it is perfect for families with a pool and a very short distance to the beach. The added bonus of the beach supplies in the room is awesome.

Beautiful condo in a great location. It offered many amenities with everything we needed included in the condo. I went with five girlfriends from high school and we would definitely stay there again.

We stayed a week and it was great. Easy and quick walk to the beach. Condo has a wagon, umbrellas, chairs, etc which was very helpful. Location is close to all the main establishments, so is in a great spot. Will definitely plan to stay here again.

Beds were a little dated and when I was cooking in, someone scorched a pan and hid it in the cabinet. Stove took sometime to get used to it but all was good. Thank you!

property very nice very clean only complaint is on VRBO PAGE it stated we had access to a fitness center and an indoor pool, but you no longer have that access according to the fitness center personnel that was the only disappointment close to everything and management company was very helpful and nice along with the owner

Upon arrival the home was clean and had a good amount of starter essentials. The location was a close walk to the beach and close to coligny park. We enjoyed everything about the trip and would definitely stay again.

Property was renovated and beautiful. Plenty of room for three adults and a child. Walk to the beach was easy and plenty of restaurants close by.

Easy walk to he beach and roomy condo. We really enjoyed our stay here. The owner was responsive when I had a question. The management company was also responsive. The only negative is that the cleaning company seem to just do a quick surface cleaning and the place could use a deep cleaning. I did let the management company know, so hopefully that will be addressed for future guests.

This is our second year staying at this condo and we love it. They have switched locks to an electronic lock and do not have a deadbolt or chain so heads up to those with small children. Our 18 month old could open the door and let himself into the hallway. The condo is very well set up, clean and accommodated our family nicely. They have people spray for bugs who have a key to the condo. We were returning from the beach as an Orkin man was leaving the condo. We had left our purses, wallets etc about the condo as we were not expecting anyone to enter while we were gone. Nothing was tampered with, but we felt uneasy knowing people can enter the condo. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay for the second year!

The parking lot and entry to the property is gated which is nice. Access to the beach was across the street. The condo was clean and nice with plenty of seating and the 2 1/2 baths were convenient when everyone is getting ready for an evening out. The wash off hose for cleaning the beach sand off is just outside the entrance to this section of the building also.

Our favorite part was how close we were to the beach this year!

The unit was perfect to accommodate my family and father-in-law. Furnishings were comfortable and tasteful. Loved that we just crossed the street to walk and stay on the beach and Coligny Plaza for groceries, shopping, and casual dining out. Highly recommend this unit!

This would be an excellent long term rental! There is a huge closet in the guest bath and double closets in the spare bedrooms, a big closet in the master and a nice pantry in the kitchen. The mattresses IMO need replaced. We had 5 adults and no one liked the mattresses. There are 4” foam toppers on them. Also, a large cutting board would be nice, but we did little cooking. The turtles did love cantaloupe! This unit is so close to Coligny (less than 10 minute bike ride). A tip, if you ride bikes a lot, you can lay your bike down on the “cut out” area in front of the exit gate and it will open. Also, when returning from the beach, we flipped our folding lounge chair open over the exit gate and the gate opened metal on the “cut out area” of concrete. We parked our truck right next to the gate and kept all of our beach gear and boogie boards and Shubimi in the back. Check out Gringo’s for excellent breakfasts and lunches. Get an extra key and fob—the entry code only worked 1 out of about ten times (manager said it had been acting up), and it locks out if you fail three times in a row. So we only had two keys with fobs for all of us, which was tricky. Also, some spices (garlic powder, cinnamon, steak or chicken rub) and basic baking things (flour, sugar) would be a nice touch. This was the first VRBO we have stayed at that didn't have any seasonings/flour/sugar, and it seems wasteful to buy those things while traveling. Overall, great first visit to Hilton Head. We would definitely return to this unit if we visit the island again. The only negative were the waves. We love boogie boarding and the waves are much better in North Carolina.

This three bedroom condo was perfect for our adult family of four. Each person had their own space so we were not on top of each other all the time. The proximity to the beach was great as well.

This is a good location with beach,, restaurants and shopping nearby. Management was friendly and helpful. Our 3 bedroom space made our visit of 4 adults so easy and convenient. If we ever go Bach to Hilton Head I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Very nice property that is in a great location. Property is easy walk to the beach. Very pleased with this property.

This is our fourth year at this property and we love the unit and the location to the beach. I didn't feel the unit was as "clean" as in previous years.

The best part of this property is its proximity to the beach. Directly across the street is the public walkway, which made accessing the beach very convenient. The property was nice but there were some issues while we were there, including water leaking through a light fixture in the kitchen and large cockroaches in the unit (we understand insects are an issue in HHI in general). These issues were brought to the attention of property management, and were seemingly resolved. The building is a bit dated, but the unit itself has clearly been updated and well-maintained. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The pool served our needs well, and the bedrooms were well nicely decorated.

My husband and young adult children stayed at Xanadu for a week. Plenty of room for the six of us. Short, convenient walk to Coligny Plaza. I just would have like to have a washer and dryer in the unit instead of having to do it down the hall. Over all great experience.

The property was great and fit our needs very well. It was very nice. The check in process was a bit rough. The room was supposed to be available after 4pm, but wasn’t available until after 6 pm so we were sitting outside with an infant and a toddler until that time after a 15.5hour drive. Once we got up to the room there was a dirty toilet and sand all over one of the bathrooms. Also, I was in the shower and heard a knock at the door. I went to the door and an Orkin man was sticking his key in the door and was about to let himself in the condo. There was no warning that he was coming to spray other than the brief knock. I was very upset.. what if I hadn’t heard the knock and got out of the shower to have a strange man roaming around the condo? Again, the condo itself was fabulous.. but had a few hiccups along the way.

Condo has everything you need. They even had fans for the bedrooms. Which is a wonderful thing for a fan loving family. The laundry is not in your condo but is on the same floor but that was never an issue. They provided laundry baskets and detergent and every time we used it there was never a wait. Condo and grounds were very clean. Close walk to beach and the shops.

We had plenty of bed space for the six of us, but we also appreciated the air mattress tucked in the master bedroom closet. We didn’t end up using it, but we thought we might for our youngest daughter who had never slept in a bed without rails before the trip. The master bath shower was a dream. When we booked, we also liked that the other full bath had a tub for bathing the kiddos. Unfortunately we couldn’t get it to hold water. That my have been operator error though. The property itself was clean and well-kept. My girls especially loved the pool (which was never very crowded) and the turtles and fish swimming in the moat around the property. Parking was easy, and we appreciated the extra security of the gates in the parking lot and front door. We checked in after hours, but key pick up was simple. So was drop off. Our only complaint was with location. Based on the property description, we were expecting to be a bit closer to the beach. It’s not really far (though more than 300 steps, I’d say), but the closest beach access was a more difficult trip with kids who struggled a bit walking on sand and all our stuff and cart, so we had to walk down to the cross walk where the path was wider and paved/wood for longer. This way, it was about a 10 minute walk to our chairs or .33 miles from the front door to the sand. That said, my husband and I walked to Coligny Plaza several nights without the rest of the family, and it was a super pleasant walk. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here!

My friends and I had an amazing stay! Location is very convenient to the beach, shops and restaurants. The condo is beautifully decorated, extremely clean and very well cared for. Looking forward to being able to return again!

The property is spacious, equipped with everything you could need. It felt like a home away from home. We really enjoyed the master bath shower, the well equipped kitchen and smart tv's throughout the apartment allowed us to tune in to our favorite shows when we relaxed after dinner. We stayed for 2 months, to allow us to get away from the cold and snow in the Northeast. We walked every day to the beach, down to Coligny Beach Park, and back up the bike path along South Forest Beach Drive. We also rode bikes every day, and enjoyed the many restaurants and bars within walking distance from this property. I felt the security for the buildings was good, and the check in was seamless. Our host even provided a beach buggy cart, umbrellas and chairs if you wanted them for the beach. We couldn't have asked for more, and will definitely be back for another stay in the future.
