Perfectly located 3 mins from the Triton Hospital

The couches are very low to the ground and not comfortable. The house needs a painting and windowsills upon opening are full of moss. No walk in showers. He os a very helpful owner, but really needs to make improvements.

This was a great home for our stay! Our group was in town for over 2 months for work and it was perfect. The location is great...close to restaurants, groceries, etc. The home itself is well decorated, clean, and had all the comforts of home. I would definitely stay here again!

We were in town for an extended time to work on a project and this was a great home for our group. It is very clean, well maintained, and we felt at home. The owner is extremely nice and very responsive. We loved the location because it was close to grocery stores, restaurants, and it was easy to get downtown. I would definitely stay here again!

We were in town for the summer for a work assignment and we had a great stay! Our host was very kind to extend our term 2 times. The home is very conveniently located, clean, well maintained, and we would stay again. Thank you!

Was fine. Could have been a little cleaner but overall it worked for what we needed.

We had a very good experience. Had an issue with toilet leaking . Owner sent someone over immediately to repair.
Only recommendation is the shower would quickly go hot then cold. Would recommend different handles for better control. I know he stated he would work on showers after we checked out.

Clean and comfortable
Clean and comfortable. House was nice although not what we expected as far as the area. Situated in a middle-class neighborhood definitely not your normal vacation rental area .have to drive through some less than desirable Areas to get to downtown Charleston

The house was great. In a quite col de sac. Peaceful. Couldn’t here the noice from the highway.
One thing that I missed was a booklet of instructions. It is helpful when staying at a VRBO.

Nice Place
Good place to stay close to so much in the Charleston Area. Neighbors were less than desirable but owner can’t control that. House was clean and plenty of room for a family of 5. Would recommend to others.

This house was very clean and comfortable. No problems or complaints.

Girlfriend trip
Three women on a long weekend, we had a wonderful trip! The house was a perfect size, beds were comfortable and furnishings were adequate. The only thing missing was the welcome guide/instruction book as to what to do with towels, bedding, etc. when leaving. the shampoo, conditioner, chips, coffee was a WONDERFUL surprise! Would stay there again.

Beautiful, spacious for six people, and nice ammenities.
We had a very nice experience at the Bui's place. The living room was our favorite, quite the nice layout to talk and relax. We will be recommending this place to our friends who are visiting Charleston.

Nice house, clean, spacious.
Quite a drive to beaches and downtown Charleston. Very close to I-26, but traffic noise barely noticeable from inside house. Our first experience with home rental. Overall positive. Thomas B is easy to work with.

Just stayed in the area over night but the house was great everything I needed. Everything was so comfortable. Well be coming back to stay longer.

Comfortable and Relaxing
We enjoyed or stay the only issue we had there was no local TV stations. Roku is okay if you have s subscription or someone who love that style of television. I think local TV channels should be added to this rental. overall the stay was comfortable and relaxing. Home very clean and makes you feel at home. I would rent to home again because we enjoyed our stay
