We had a great time at this rental. Every thing was provided for fun beach time to include towels, toys & beach chairs. It was super easy to access the beach. This VRBO was well-equipped, cleaned and spacious for 4 adults, 4 kids and our dog. We would certainly come back. Our favorite part was having a beautiful, clean beach that was NOT crowded. We live the location!

Place was perfect for 3 friends over Memorial Day weekend. Seth is very attentive to any questions or needs and the place was clean and well equipped.

We had a great time and loved the property! There are actually 4 bedrooms, not 3 like the listing says. Plenty of room for everyone! We were so happy to be able to have our pups with us. Thank you for opening your home to pets!

The layout of the house worked perfectly for us. My daughter and her four year old twins took over the upstairs and I had the downstairs bedroom.

Our stay was excellent. The house was as advertised, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Seth was a great host, very responsive and accommodating. We plan to come back next year. Highly recommend this property.

We really loved staying at this little home away from home! Our vacation group consisted of three generations of family members plus dogs. There was plenty of space for us to use the house as our home base of operations. Very quick walk to the beach, ample supplies on site, and quick access to a variety of restaurants, grocery stores, etc. We loved staying here and will definitely return!

My husband and I, with our 2 dogs enjoyed our stay. Location is perfect. Close to the boardwalk and very short walk to the beach, which is not very crowded! The place was as advertised. Very clean, great amenities. Would stay here again.

Stayed here for Shamrock Marathon/ Half-Marathon weekend as the home is directly on the course. Short walk to an uncrowded beach was wonderful. Short drive to any attractions. Only one difficulty - it was raining very hard when we arrived and there was a leak in the ceiling. We were able to get a hold of the property manager who had someone out the next morning to patch the roof. He noted this was an ongoing issue and offered a small refund as a token. I thought that was very kind until we checked out and never received the refund.

Great beach and beach access! Wonderful north end location. Rental not quite as spacious as it looked online but overall a nice stay!

We spent our Thanksgiving here so we could spend it with our son in the Coast Guard. We loved our stay here! House was extremely clean and had all the amenities needed to have a great Thanksgiving. Loved that we were able to bring our dog also. The beach was steps away which was perfect for early morning walks & coffee & endless hours playing catch. Would highly recommend & hope to be back.

love staying at the north end of va beach. Beach beautiful. Great bike riding in the park. Adorable house with everything one needs. Sorry it was too cool to really enjoy the deck. Next time!

Our stay at Lisa's home was everything we had hoped for - a quiet neighborhood, steps from the beach, almost empty during the off-season. We loved bringing our dog to romp in the surf - and that access points had doggie bags, and trash cans were frequent. The house was comfortable, had everything we needed, and the roof porch was great for grilling a family dinner and enjoying the ocean breeze. We can't wait to go back.

We had an amazing stay! Lisa was extremely accommodating and responsive. The location of the home was perfect. We had a young daughter traveling with us so being that close to a beach was a key! The beach was empty and almost felt like a private beach most days. The house was even more spacious than the pictures made it seem. Great stay! We hope to be back.

Uncrowded on Labor Day weekend. Super clean, updated beach home, within 1 house of the beach. Perfect home for families or small group. Loved watching the numerous dolphin playing and jumping a short distance from shore. Watched an aircraft carrier cruise by. Probably the largest beach I have ever visited, in a wonderful beachy neighborhood.

Exactly as described! Everything you need is there and the beach a few steps away. Everything clean and comfortable. We didn’t use the roof deck because it was still too hot at nite. We will be back!

This place was amazing! It is so clean and beautiful! It has its own little path to the beach and it’s away from a lot of people. The people in the neighborhood are super friendly too which makes it even better! It was the perfect place for my two little kids. The manager, Lisa, is so friendly and helpful. We will be going back next summer for sure!!

The cottage is quaint but surprisingly spacious for six adults and two dogs. It helps, though, that we were six adults on various schedules. The location is in a nice and quiet section of Virginia Beach. The walk to the beach is short and scenic. The only drawback would be, of course, no view of the ocean. No worries because it was too stinking hot to sit outside for too long anyway! Celebrating my 60th birthday with my family was all I needed. I would revisit this property in the future.

We absolutely loved our stay and only wished we could have stayed longer. The house had everything we needed and was so close to the beach. We look forward to visiting again!!

We stayed last summer with our new puppy and returned again this summer because she loved the beach so much!!

Very clean and nice place. It is steps away from the beach, secluded and away from the busy part of Virginia beach, but 10 mins (or less) drive if you want to go to the boardwalk and restaurants . We enjoyed it.

We stayed here with eight people (six adults and two children) for about a week - good experience with some caveats: - Pocket door upstairs for the bedroom allows all sound to travel through and does not lock. - Second full bath upstairs very tiny. Basically half bath size with a shower forced in. House does still have three toilets and showers. - Patio top step had an angle to it (hopefully fixed) where some of the family almost slipped down the stairs. - Grill is natural gas hard line and need of new ignition and better placement. Underneath a house overhang, and difficult to manually light safely in any sort of winds. Also flames out when winds are greater than 10 mph or so, so watch the gas buildup. A way to prevent this is to put burners on high, but then your food will likely burn. - No recycling. Neighbors have the bins, so we put some of our separation in their blue cans when Tuesday came around. Unsure why there’s no option to recycle, maybe bad experience w renters and separation of trash/recycling? Anyway, overall very good experience. Just take those caveats before you book. It’s a quick walk to the beach without a view; will hold six adults pretty comfortably, anymore than that will feel crowded after a few days. Thin walls/doors allow sound to travel pretty easily. But like I said, great location. Parking situation is well thought out. Would stay again w less people.

Upon entering we were pleasantly surprised that it felt larger than pictures made it appear. Adorable, comfortable furnishings, well-stocked kitchen, and great access to the beach. We loved hanging out on the rooftop deck (bring some bug spray, the mosquitos were biting). The quieter end of the beach away from the busy boardwalk was perfect for us, and it was still just a quick drive to all the action and to pick up great seafood over at Chic's beach. You won't be disappointed here!
