The morning staff was very helpful in connecting to WiFi

Booked a room nearly one year in advance for four people, but when we arrived there was only a king bed plus couch. Staff said there were no more rooms so we would have to deal with that room. I asked if the couch could be made into a bed, the answer, "sure you can do that". I then had to explicitly ask for bedding, which was handed to me to go make up my own room.

I didnt eat. My travel companions said it was good. Location was fine.

It was good. I'd prefer the butter to be room temp for my waffles but understand that it has to be refrigerated.

No eggs or meat at breakfast - went back 10 minutes later, still none. Disappointing.

Very clean and had a really nice breakfast offered (they even had strawberry waffle mix). The staff was super nice and very helpful as well!

It was quite noisy because it was near the airport and the road but that’s to be expected.

This booking was for a guest with an early morning flight out of Norfolk (ORF), VA. Upon checking in, we were informed that the shuttle was not available and told to call UBER ourselves. They would not arrange transportation to the airport. Your ad says "Transportation available to the Airport." Maybe it should have said "under most conditions."
