Pathetic property for the kind of money it asks. Don't pay more than INR 2500 + taxes (double occupancy, including breakfast and wifi).

A bit understaffed for room service. Apart from the restaurant, other asks had slight delays. Impressive space & interiors but some upholstery/furniture in the rooms and restaurants do need regular maintenance/upgrade.

I have requested for early check in but didn't get the room i also requested for happy birthday note in room but they didn't consider it was my hubby's birthday so i wanted to surprise him but it was okay trip we enjoyed but still they need to maintain that beautiful property....n please take care of amenities too what you mentioned in list we didn't get ..

amazing property with a touch of heritage anbience. The place has lit event on the weekend and for inhouse guess the entry is complimentary. Really liked the vibe of this place.

The hotel has a Discotheque which daily plays extremely loud music till 12 midnight and till 2 am on Saturday nights. This makes is extremely uncomfortable and impossible to sleep till the music is over. The rooms are not at all sound proof. It seems the owners are not interested in Hotel business and more interested in Discotheque business.

the location is very nice… they have their in-house restaurant which is very beautiful and its a party place as well… the rooms are just okay not too great nor bad

the location is fab and I honestly feel with a little work and some upgradations it can turn into one of the best stays in Udaipur

needs some upkeep and maintenance, although it’s not the hotels fault coz I feel they had everything in place but covid got the best of it.

A vintage theatre converted into a hotel is what caught my eye. Situated in the main market area of Udaipur it's a beautiful property with an auditorium which was fantastic. The food definitely was lip-smacking and the hospitality of the staff was warm, welcoming & helpful.

The decor and the staff are great. It was completely what we were looking for while on the trip. We had excellent food and loved the property's decor. Our queries and concerns were easily handled by the staff.

It was cold and the pool wasnt operational but it wasn't much of a hassle for us.

Nothing. The exterior may look grand but absolutely rotten inside.

There is absolutely nothing to like about this property. The charges are too high for mediocre service and extremely dirty rooms. There walls have water marks, the rooms smells mouldy, faucets are leaking, the shower head is rusted and falls off when you switch it on. The staff said that they gave us the best room, the rom which had soiled linens, used utensils from the previous guests, clumps of hair, food particles and dirt all around. The table in the balcony was all kinds of dirty with cup stains and a used spoon, the marble countertops in the night stands were broken and could cut anyone's hand if careful. Quite sharp. The pool was not functional, the smell in the room was weird. The wifi was not working and did not reach our room. In general, the staff did not really care just as long as we paid the amount. That front desk agent, literally followed us to our room even after looking at our disgruntled faces and kept asking us to pay. He even got the credit card machine to swipe the card there. Even after, we weren't happy with the room. It was as if not in his capacity to understand our issues. His main point was that pay and then you can go whatever you want. It was quite pathetic. We have never seen anyone literally barge into the room to ask us for the payment. It was really weird and oddly insulting. Summary: Don't waste your money and time, the pictures on the website is quite deceiving.

The hotel is very stylish: both our room and the restaurant/breakfast area are very well decorated

our room seemed a little run-down and it was facing a very busy road so you could feel both the noise and the smell in the room. I would suggest the property to invest in double glazed windows and in training the staff. The Wifi connection has been working for 5 minutes in 2 days of staying. In conclusion, we will not come back.

The ambience and design

Poor management of the facilities . Very average breakfast spread , their was Gould smell from drainage in my bathroom , no facility of any heater or warmer in such cold temperature. No doubt it’s a good looking property, but it looks little hollow when it comes to maintaining. The shower knob came out as soon as I turned it , the bathroom door won’t shut , the room door won’t get locked unless I turn the lock system twice .
