Very clean, comfortable beds, plenty of plush towels, check in representative very seeet and personable.

There was a guest a door or two down from us who purposely allowed the door of his room to slam shut several times beginning at 2am and continued after 3am. I called the front desk to ask if they would say something to the jerk. I had to restrain my husband from confronting him. We were traveling due to a sad family emergency and had gone several days without much sleep. The front desk could see down the short hall from where our room was. I asked if this was someone who was just checking in and she said no they checked in the day before. The door slamming didn’t stop after I reported it twice but I assumed the young lady didn’t feel comfortable approaching the person on her own, which I understand. I’m sure he disrupted several guests, all women in that hall who were probably afraid to say anything. Aside from the inconsiderate door slammer which wasn’t the hotels fault, everything was excellent.
