The location was good. The room was well kept and big.

I missed a coffee maker!

Staff was rude booking was cancelled by hotel during my flight time frame. Due to staff error. Then refused to rebook.

Terrible .rude desk cllerk saidthat he sold my reserved room since I did not check in by 6pm, I drove fom Canada for 12 hours and was assured by a female clerk a day befor that my reservation was confirmed. I told her that I woul be paying in cash and not credit. She said that was fine and wished me a safe journey.

THERE WAS NO BREAKFAST!!!! They advertise a continental breakfast that they have not served in 3 years ( still posted on there marquee outside the hotel)

I had communicated the importance of an early check in and had gotten an affirmative response. On arrival the desk person knew nothing about it and said we would need to wait till the regular check in time. The early check in was the major reason to chose this property. It was irritating and frustrating. They also advertise a continental breakfast that they have not served in 3 years ( still posted on there marquee outside the hotel)

The staff was friendly & helpful. We called to say we'd be late getting in & no problem holding our room. They had several dinner suggestions & there was a good discount when you mentioned you were staying at Bestway!

Very noisy until midnight & we were exhausted after putting in an 11+ hour day of travel ! Some customers have no respect for the rest or comfort of others. Super-sonuc music was being blasted from across motel parking lit & caused me to go out & ask them to turn it DOWN!!

No breakfast available when we stayed

I booked my room over 24 hours in advance. I work the night shift and get off at midnight. Walk in to the desk the man behind the counter points to a sign that says no vacancy. I inform him I book an entire day ahead. He tell me that it doesn't matter, and that they did not hold my room. He was more interested in talking to his female coworker then Figuring out THEIR mistake. I ended up sleeping in my car that night

No breakfast.. that is the one improvement needes
