Facilities building needs cleaning, found crockroach in restroom. Towels had stains, we asked for another one, it never was brought even when we went to front desk was told laundry staff left, no apology. I guest l would be careful with picking hotel, git what l paid for. Would never go back. Bunch of crack heads around there..noisy people next door. OMG couldn't get rest on last night.

The out side was dirty also the stairs smelled like pee…. The pool water was green and the cleaning staff spoke no English so they were not able to help us at all… The website is a little deceiving because they only show you a small view of the front of the building and the rooms….One more thing I requested to pay upon arrival however my card was charged and I was planning to pay with cash….The only reason why I didn’t request to have a refund is because I didn’t want to disappoint my grandchildren…. However my Husband and I did not stay we gave our room to our daughter who tried to make it a better experience for the children…. I would not recommend this place to anyone

I was on the 2nd floor and there's NO elevator!! Most of the ice machines on the 2nd floor didn't work!! I put a notice on my door for housekeeping to clean my room--they did NOT!! The pool was dirty!! Doors were propped open and anyone could have come in the were paying customers rooms were. The cleaning staff who I ran into spoke nor understood any English! The phone in my room didn't work.

staff was great

for a nonsmoking facility i had to move rooms 3 times because of all the smoking. ended up having to leave a day earlier than what i paid for because of the severity of it.
