They didn’t have basic blankets in place- had to call multiple times and then had to go down to the front desk, just to hear that there were no blankets. Had to explain to the person that we need blankets, post which the person immediately got me a blanket . Kitchen sink needs attention, the water doesn’t drain and takes so much time to drain- luckily we didn’t cook

Very nice hotel, breakfast was good with a variety of different sandwiches, indoor pool, lots of seating in the lobby area.

Room floor not cleaned very well, found clothing items (not ours) under bed when turning down the sheets. Pool area was very hot and loud.

Building looks great but they need to learn how to clean properly

Dead bugs in room like no one is even cleaning and a huge spider web…ants in shower…and the older white gentleman who was working the front desk was not helpful at all just rude

Had a kitchen. The room was very, very spacious and there was a lot of room.

Suppose to be a to go breakfast, noone knew anything about that. No utensils in the room. Walls very thin. I have a habit of stripping beds, gathering trash, towels in one pile. The mattress topper had pee/filth or something on it- nasty! The bathroom vanity was falling apart on the side. Front desk wasn't helpful. Shower had NOT been cleaned- I ended up cleaning it! I couldn't upload the rest of the photos. I will not recommend.

The location was great, super convenient! There were lots of shops, food nearby!

the pool was packed with a couple dozen ppl in it for a private birthday party. After an 8 hr drive our grandchildren were looking forward to playing in the pool but there was no room to sit or swim for hotel guests. we had 2 rooms and the second room was located next to someone who was very loud and had the TV all the way up. finally around 11:30 my daughter asked to be moved to another room. the second room had a bathroom that was smoky like someone had just left the room. she left the children in our room for the night because our 4 yr old grand daughter has asthma. This was a very disappointing Hilton stay for us.

Smooth Check-in

The room was not cleaned. There was a breakfast plate from the previous guest in the microwave. Hair was in the shower and on the counter tops. The bed had a grease stain on the head board and a stain on the pillow. To add the room had a funky smell. Horrible night! & they didn’t provide any option to put me in a better room.

The second day of breakfast the guy didn't anticipate how much food would be needed and it took at least 20 minutes for him to get more things out. Several people came down during that time and there were no breakfast sandwiches or egg scrambles ready. People looked frustrated and he seemed ro be hiding so he wouldn't get questioned about it.
