Water in shower not hot enough Breakfast needed meat and cereal tasted stale

Convenient to highway.

Worn frayed carpet. Cigarette burns on table. Unfinished paint job. Peeling paint on doors and walls. Not a good area.

The staff was very friendly as always

Everything..I tried to cancel after a friend stopped in and was going to stay but said it was awful. They refused to allow me to cancel. The pool was filthy, the carpets were filthy, all the vending machines were down and the pools were dirty. I have pictures.

It was dirty, need remodeling, the breakfast suck, and the pool was closed.

Hotel could use some sprucing up, painting, etc. Rooms were clean and friendly staff.

It was clean and the staff was friendly enough.

It appears there was possibly a homeless man living in his car at the far end of the hotel. He would walk by our room several times outside. He would chat with the staff who would go outside and smoke a cigarette. My husband saw him in the hall in the a.m. The place was very clean. However, I almost had to leave the smell of cleaning product was so strong we had to air out our room. It's not good for me as I have copd. The hotel is in dire need of an upgrade, peeling wallpaper, and chipped paint. Even by the breakfast area, damage to the wall behind stairs. Rugs are either really dated or really dirty.

The overall cleanliness of the room and the general maintenance of the property was lacking such as numerous stains on walls and floors in common areas, chip and peeling paint, overwhelming musty odor in hallways, pool was green and had items floating on surface the rooms themselves were only surface cleaned the walls and carpet had numerous stains and the furniture had burn marks and chips all over them. The atmosphere outside the hotel was very hostile and felt unsafe and did not look like a secure place to leave my vehicle unattended I was very disappointed in this property normally I have no issues with booking.com this time they really dropped the ball.

The property was dirty and dingy. The pool was not open. TV did not work in the room paint missing off the door. Breakfast was horrible. 

The staff was accommodating. The location was close to restaurants.

It looked like remodeling was going ok because there’s was paint cans in the corner of the property. my first room I was given smelled like pee when I walked in and the staff moved me. The second room was muggy, outlets hanging out the wall, tv didn’t work, lamp and one bulb, room didn’t have a trashcan.

Staff was pleasant & friendly!
