Central location to get into city area. Easy access to grocery shops, eateries and malls. The property has good amenities on the 7th floor: - kids n adult swimming pool - DIY laundrymat - eateries - mini mart - gymnasium Unit is fully air-conditioned & has fans. WiFi available Basic kitchen items like microwave, boiling water jug, utensils and washing machine. Owner was responsive.

Access card not working which made it very inconvenient to access the guard house, parking lot n lobby. Lift is extremely slow & feels like walking into a moving sauna. No drying area in the unit though they provide washing machine. Common bathroom shower had a broken faucet n leaking. Unit is close to the central garbage room which causes cockroaches to enter the unit. Utensils need to be constantly washed before use. WiFi not working. Bed linen wasn't clean as it was causing itchiness to the body.

nothing we didn’t end up staying in the hotel because no water in the building at all and apparently the hotel was double booked

the owners of the hotel were very rude they kept hanging up on our calls and they were just extremely rude

Lif rosak card x funtion

It's very clean and comfortable for a small family vacation. Facilities provided are kids friendly and pool was guard by security. Wifi provided is very helpful for kids entertainment.

The access card provided not working and need to asked somebody to press the floor number each time taking a lift. Owner need to consult with the management regarding the access card.

Bed, Toilet, Hall is super clean. Got drinks and snacks. The Owner is super friendly and professional, fast Internet, cool environment!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The Lift, takes ages to get up & down. No toilet at lobby so dangerous for far travellers with fast bowel movements

At least the homestay in a strategic place and easy to communicate with owner.

1) cleanliness - master bedroom toilet look unpleasant. We saw cockroach on the sofa. During whole stay we scared to sit on the sofa after see the cockroach. 2) the drinks and snacks are not complementary- it's understandable in some homestay they charge for the drinks and snacks but the host must have to let us know before we check-in. Even in the house there is no indication or price tag in the drink nor snacks. When we ask for the deposit then only we realize they charge for the drinks. 3) lift delay -the Access card only works on some lifts. When we first check-in the owner has not even mentioned these things and when we take the lift, the card does not work. After we ask the owner then only he informs that the access card will work in a certain lift and we must wait for that lift or ask other residents to help to scan. And the lift takes forever to reach the floor. We don't want to wait for a long time to take a lift after a long drive. Seriously The house is not worth the price.
