El servicio estuvo muy atento durante la entrega y recogida de las llaves. Está muy bien ubicado con unas bonitas vistas. Nos movíamos en coche y ha sido muy cómodo contar con el parking privado para estos días. Tienes una playita a 5 minutos! Aunque es un studio pequeñito es cómodo para estar una pareja y tienes de todo.

La presión de la ducha es un punto a mejorar y la limpieza podría haber estado mejor.

Bed linen and towels are old and stained. The cleaning could have been done better. In the corners and under the bed (I saw this because I dropped something on the floor and it went under the bed) the cleaning is not enough.

Amazing view over the ocean, it has private parking and we didn’t have to worry about it. Nice host, eager and opened to help.

The sheets although clean may need an upgrade, they looked old and used.

Location is cool, few minutes from the ocean beach, 7 minutes from Loro Parque, less than 10 mins from the center. The Host was very kind, met us in the front of parking and explained everything we needed. Also we had access cards to swimming pool but actually never used it. Hotel has its own parking where you are always able to find a free space. Wifi from appartments was working even on the parking! View from balcony is very nice - you can see and hear ocean waves. In this appartments you'll have everything you need for a long stay.

Generally everything was just fine. So there are only some minor notes: Probably toilet water was too loud taking into consideration that bathroom has a light accordion door. We didn't managed to take the garbage out as outside rubbish contaner seemed to be closed (looks like it requires some additional key). So we had to leave rubbish bag in the appartments before leaving it. Sorry about that :) p.s. it would be great to have a sanitizer right in the appartments (it was only in the 1st floor near with elevators).

Location is awesome. Just 100 meters from the ocean. Apartments are well equipped. Landlord is really a good man who was always in touch with us and assisted us in lots of questions.

Unfortunately apartments are not so big

The manager was very helpful and attended us to the highest standards. The apartment had all the things we expected and more, great location, nice interior design, wonderful ocean view, all the kitchenware and appliances needed. Very clean. Just perfect!
