Perfect house for our extended family! Beautiful home, great location & wonderful weather! Another great week spent on HHI!

Perfect property for a family vacation. All the rooms we’re a great size and the location to all sea pines activities was excellent.

57 Heritage Road was a beautiful property. We traveled with several families and the house was large enough to accommodate everyone comfortably. The location was great - an easy bike ride from the beach, Harbour Town, or Sea Pines shops. Overall an excellent stay. Thank you!

everyone enjoyed their stay, beautiful house, the main beach was a little far away but we went to the beach access that was close by most of the time, one couple said their bed sagged too much but they said not to complain about it. all in all we had a great vacation.

We love the Sea Pines area of Hilton Head and chose this property because it was large enough to accommodate our extended family. The home was very clean upon arrival and check in was easy with the door and garage codes emailed a few days prior to the stay. The unit's two refrigerators were sufficient for all our food and the lone dishwasher got a workout but kept up each day. The pool was very nice and allowed for good entertainment when not at the beach. The only downside was that the pool company never showed for the mid-week clean so it was quite dirty by week end. Regardless the pool was enjoyed by all. The unit came with four bikes which is a must when staying in Sea Pines. We had a small issue with the sink in the kitchen and it was handled very promptly by the management company. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which was very nice. The only suggested change would be to add more towel racks in the bunk room. With four queen beds one towel rack wasn't enough so we ended up hanging towels in the closet. We travel to Sea Pines several times a year and overall this is a great home. The service provided by the management company was a great plus and we would certainly stay here again.

Awesome property on Hilton Head. We had four adult children with their families stay here. Plenty of space and beautiful home. Hope to stay here again.

We were here for a family reunion for the second time! We made pies and soups and casseroles while the kids swam and sampled and watched endless soccer games. Lovely place!!

Just stayed with 5 of our “kids” and grandkids from 1 to 18 yrs. Everyone had a great time. Pool was a nice size for everyone. Except for a night of Mellow Mushroom, we cooked all our meals there, kitchen was great. Bedroom with 4 queen beds was perfect fit for the grandkids. Beach is 7 min bike ride, not bad. Had fun watching many of the golfers struggle on the 4th hole of Harbortown. Hope to be back.

The home was large enough so that everyone felt like they had their own privacy but it also had a great open living concept for times when we all wanted to be together. The kitchen was very well equipped and the many bikes and beach towels that were provided were also a nice surprise. The pool area was a favorite and the landscaping and view of the golf course was perfect! It was about a mile from the beach…those in our family who love the beach had no trouble getting their on their bikes. The only suggestion I would give might be to replace some of the king mattresses. This was a great house for a large family and we would highly recommend it!!

Home was very modern and livable

This house was perfect for our large group. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and we never felt cramped with a party of 16. Our only complaint was the pool area. While the pool was great, the mosquitoes were bad. We would have expected the area to be treated for a property like this.

This is a beautiful home. Very spacious and we loved the pool and area. My only complaint is that the floor was dirty. Our feet looked black.

Just a short bike ride to the beach! The house was large and well equipped. Great patio for outdoor dining by the the pool! All in all a great find!!! We loved it!

The house has a beautiful setting on the golf course, well equipped for our family of 15. House is very clean has a large pool and having bikes ready for us in the garage was so convenient. We had a wonderful time and would recommend staying at this awesome house to our family and friends.
