Clean, bright, roomy, lovely bathroom, quality power shower, comfortable. quiet and warm. Great customer service. Beautiful historic building, and a lot of the original features are still in place, but the apartment was modern and fresh.

Be prepared to go up steps to property, it doesn’t look very welcoming outside or in the lobby, but don’t be fooled, it’s very well maintained. On the road there was rubbish all around, which is no fault of the property, the council needs to clean up there roads.

Large modern bathroom, spacious living room/kitchen, good wifi.

Too big and hard pillows, absence of blackout blinds or curtains to cut out early morning light, too few coathangersp, ditch in the mattress.

First time staying at Bessemer House got to say the apartment was very clean and tidy no dirty linen and no noise coming from other apartments would definitely recommend to other and will definitely be coming back

Excellent property. Very clean and spacious. There was everything we needed for a stress free stay. The location was perfect for us (few minutes drive from the ice rink) and there were plenty of parking spaces outside the property. We never met the host. There was a very easy contact free check-in. The host was exceptionally good with replying to any of our messages. We were very happy with our stay in this property. Thank you

Location was industrial area, however, easy walk into Sheffield and easy reach in uber to the arena, meadow Hall etc.

Absolutely nothing. Visit was shocking

1. Location: be prepared to have a car or rent a car because this very old building is very isolated in a dark street - lots of homeless wandering around all the time so be mindful if you family or children. We felt really unsafe. 2. No parking: park at your own risk on the street - we found the car next morning with big scratch on the bonnet - so be prepared for stay in a very sketchy (Dodgy) area. Now the building: 1. Very old - once you open the building door a very strong Indian food smell is exploding everywhere in the building- your clothes will literally smell like onions and garlic. We actually don’t know whether the owners are cocking in the building because owners are south Asians or it is just the whole other flats were cocking Indian food all the time. We have no clue. So: very bad smell everywhere in the building and inside the flat. So be prepared for this, unless you are okay with Indian food smell. 2. The person who took the 100£ direct cash transfer deposit was very rude over the phone. 3. They put all the keys of all their flats in one box! Can you imagine no privacy issues! The keys have faint numbers, so it happens that we got two keys (one for us and the other one was with faint not Legible number. After we checked in someone called us to hand over the key to the other people for the other apartment who were waiting. We handed over them the keys. No body has been called out and we have never seen anyone from them - then of course it’s golden opportunity for them to deduct 50£ from the deposit. Felt like we are not booking in a respectful place. Of course they will reply to say calls out for 50£ but no body has been called out. Be prepared for unlawful deductions from your deposit with no reason or faked reasons. 4. Kitchen was dirty with two plates already used! Again smell inside the flat was horrible Indian food. 5. We paid 174 £ for one night plus taxes to finally figure out the bathroom has no shower gel or soap or toilet papers!
