Personeel aan de bar was traag. 30 min wachten voor 3 drankjes terwijl er niet veel mensen waren en ze met 4 achter de bar stonden.

Fantastic location in the heart of London which includes a spa. The bed was really comfortable and the room was a decent size.

Excellent sevice at checkin - special thanks to Harshitha for being so accommodating and going above and beyond to ensure that I didn't have to change rooms. The room was clean, perfectly for a busy week at work. Hotel is relaxed and location could not be better.

would not serve any drinks after midnight on a saturday evening even though the sabine bar was open till 1 am and we went there at 12:15 i think even if you pay to stay at the hotel they don’t want you there if they don’t think you suit their crowd very disappointing

The worst hotel experience I’ve ever had and I have stayed in a lot of hotels. Pros: 1. Check in was good & quick and the first attendant we met was welcoming. 2. Breakfast was OK. 3. Room size was good. Cons: 1. A good number of hotel staff are either plain rude or simply just racist. Our treatment by one of the concierge staff was worse than I could possible describe here. We came into hotel lobby the morning after check in and were just looking seeing like guests do. I suppose being a black family he was quick to racially profile us. Even though he was busy serving others, when he saw us he quickly turned around and asked very rudely, ‘can I help you?’. I replied, ‘no thanks, we are guests upstairs.’ He answered back in the most demeaning way, ‘I didn’t ask if you were guests, I asked if I could help you’, and then turned away to serve his preferred non black guests. I later reported the case to the manager who tried to apologies and promised to speak to the staff member but I never heard anything back afterwards. Same day in the hallway coming from the rooms, a housekeeping staff left the door shut in my face as I was walking directly behind her. She made sure she opened the door wide enough for just herself to squeeze through and just let it close almost in my face. A few minutes later, the same housekeeping staff skipped past us (myself and kids) in a small hallway coming from behind us and just brushing past. This time I asked her why she was being rude and she mumbled an apology I couldn’t understand as she barely spoke English. 2. Room was left unclean until mid afternoon even though we went out twice during which the rooms could have been cleaned. When they eventually came, we explained that we were staying in 2 rooms if they could please clean both. The housekeeper seemed upset and insisted on only cleaning one. She barely understood any English.

Die Lage ,das Personal, Frühstück war super , Die untere Hotelbar sehr gut . Rezeption sehr freundlich sowie das restliche Personal . Alels sehr sauber .

Zimmer war gut ausser das Bad mit einer Badewanne drin ,Duschkof fest dadurch teilweise alels voller wasser Duschen war sehr unangenehm. Dazu zeilweise sind die Fliesen beschädigt und das war nicht schön . Dazu die Laute Bar im 7 OG da kann man sich nicht unterhalten schade

Really comfortable hotel in a great location. We had superior twin room which had two really comfortable double beds. Breakfast choice was plentiful and tasty.

Bed very comfortable, room facilities good, breakfast variety of foods very good. The St. Paul`s location was very central for museums, theatre, local restaurants & underground station nearby to explore further afield. The Spa/Pool facilities were very good.

Only criticism was one member of staff & also one client, were observed wearing outdoor footwear pool side, given that disposable overshoes were made available there was no excuse. The reading light (bedside/window) did not work. Lighting needs to be checked between occupants.

One of the worst hotels out there, staff not helpful at all, room cleanliness insufficient, we arrived in the evening, the heating did not work, after 1 hour they sent technicians while we were inside to fix the heating without success, I asked for a change of room and they suggested that they bring us a portable stove. 650 pounds for 3 nights, we spent 2 hours in the cold discussing the obvious, after 2 hours they changed our room...for a 4 star hotel and your behavior is for rented rooms...the spa was in a bad condition and dirty. This is the second time I've written a comment, the first time you asked us to delete the comment in exchange for compensating us 200 pounds for one of our nights and you made fun of it, you didn't give us the money, keep up the good work

Günstig ist es nicht gerade aber das ist wohl normal in London.

Reception- lady on arrival was not very welcoming and abrupt It was our 29th wedding anniversary and the team wrote happy 24th wedding anniversary on our mirror in the room, disappointing the number was wrong Kitchen closed when you get back from the theatre no hot snacks in the bar area

O conforto dos quartos, ótima academia e piscinas.

Só tenho uma pequena reclamação. O banheiro sempre esteve limpo e impecável exceto pela banheira que não foi higienizada corretamente.

Staff and quality of service were exceptional. My family felt welcome at all times and the facilities made for a more than comfortable stay.

Happy with all aspects.
