Exceptionally clean, great location, proper mugs for tea and coffee with a friendly and accommodating host

If I was being really picky then I would prefer a more powerful shower.

Location great for our purpose. Ie. Theatre, restaurants,shopping all close by. No need for car.

Curtains did not prevent early sun. Darker ones would be better.

the rooms were lovely, everything you need, the breakfast was excellent and Mark and his sister Heather…are fabulous, genuine, friendly helpful hosts…thank you guys for making our stay in Harrogate so enjoyable. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting Harrogate.

This was the perfect location for the Conference centre. I was warmly welcomed. The room was exactly as I expected with some lovely extras too. The breakfast was good. I would stay again and therefore can recommend.

Proximity to the centre. Attention to detail. The breakfast! It was a.birthday weekend and the hosts made it special.

Mark was an excellent host. The breakfast was lovely. The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Location was perfect, just a short walk from all amenities. I would definitely stay here again.

The location is ideal for all the top restaurants and is in the centre of the city. Also close to parks. Great to get the feel of Harrogate and it's kind and humerous people.

Stayed on room only basis. The room was lovely, very homely and loved the little touch of the welcome chocolate. Mark was there to greet us, lovely guy. Short walk into town from the property.

Our room was clean, tidy and modern. The location is on the edge of the town centre so very convenient for all that Harrogate has to offer on foot. The hosts are very friendly and welcoming.

There was nothing not to like but I personally would like a little more space in the room. Being in the centre, there was some noise from outside. To be expected though, being in such a convenient spot.

The hosts were so welcoming, the property is really close to the centre, many pubs and restaurants and directly opposite the Exhibition Centre. The free parking is only a short walk away. The breakfast was lovely and good value. There is everything in the room that you could need.

There is nothing to dislike about this property and the hosts.
