Great stay at this hotel!! The rooms were 100% better than the pictures, the sea view was amazing. Clean room and bathroom, comfortable beds, good A/C. Staff was very friendly they provided the best service for us. Location is perfect! Really calming stay at the beach. The food was very tasty and we enjoyed it. Affordable stay and absolutely perfect! I highly recommend this!!

You are paying for the location without a doubt! Couldn't ask for a better location as our balcony overlooked the surfing beach (& we love to surf) but the spot lights from all the party hotels shine into the room through the door (no curtain there) and although staying for two days we didn't get any cleaning on the second day, would've been nice as being right on the beach our room got super sandy & we only had two little bottles of water which we ran out of in the first night. The staff are lovely and location is good, just those extra touches that would make a positive difference.

The location is the main attraction here, If you get a room with balcony it might be a nice view, otherwise just a room, could be cheaper.

There were some sand coming from the ceiling. The room was rather humid.

Amazing location with views onto the beach with friendly staff who make it their duty to ensure your stay is of the highest standard. Nothing is too much and all requests answered with a smile. Nice Restaurant serving food all day with great Western breakfast whilst watching the surfers in the bay. Within walking dustance of the remainder of Mirissa and the beautiful beach bars and restaurants. Tuktuks always available for the short trips and a 5 minute walk to the main road and the major bus routes. The rooms are large modern and clean and room service only a call away if you prefer eat on your balcony. Air conditioning, tea making facilities and a fan and WIFI in the bedroom with a work station for those needing to work whilst on holiday. I have nothing but good to say about this beautiful hotel. Food Service Atmosphere Location and Staff all get a strong 10 from me It was my wifes birthday during our stay and we were invited down from our room to a beautifully set out table with a birthday cake and all the staff in attendance to sing and wish her a happy birthday. Very touching!

A paradise. If your a surfer you have a great spot infront of the house and a excellent view from the balcony. Very lovely people who help you with everything. Can't wait to come back :)

It’s just in the beach ,, when open the door of the room you can see nice sea view , it was amazing.

Need some maintenance in Wifi , only can get access at restaurant can’t able to access in room , so need to set a wifi in all rooms .

The view form the property was amazing. This is situated in the corner of bay area.

The map on the booking.com was not the correct place. We were travelling in the wrong direction. Then followed back Google map to find the exact location.
