We all agreed that this was the best house we have ever had. It was beautifully furnished, clean and very close to the beach. When we arrived they were there fixing something that was broken and didn’t wait until we had called and complained about it. Looking forward to staying at the same house next year.

The house was beautiful, clean, well stocked and big enough for everyone to have their own personal space. The location was private with a outdoor pool and a short walk to a private section of the beach. Management company was very responsive and promptly took care of a few minor complaints (ie difficulty turning on grill, getting leaves out of pool). Cleaning service was excellent. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this rental to others and hope to be back in the future.

Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms and a large, open common area for gathering together. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The dining room table was large and there was lots of seating in the living room, so it was easy for everyone to be together. We would love to rent this house again.

My wife and I have been vacationing in HHI with our family, specifically Sea Pines, for the past 15 years and have rented numerous properties through this time frame. This property is by far the nicest we have experienced. The kitchen was fully stocked with all of the necessities, the house is very beautiful, clean and well maintained and the pool area was clean and orderly. We had a large group, 13 adults, and there was plenty of room for everyone. The close proximity to the beach was also a bonus. We will definitely look at this property for future vacations.

The pool and spa were so nice at the end of a long day on the beach. The kitchen is lovely and updated. The bathrooms and closets are all very large. We did have several issues with some of the appliances, but Coastal Home and Villa was absolutely amazing at responding to our every need and making it right. They answered calls and emails within 5 minutes. Their service truly made our stay much better.

The home is ideal for multiple families as there is plenty of space and a large kitchen! I highly recommend.
