Acomodação simples porém muito boa. O lugar era extremamente cheiroso e limpo. O quarto era pequeno mas muito confortável. O chuveiro bem quente, o melhor que pegamos no Peru. Forneceram um tour guiado que foi excelente. Café da manhã simples mas ótimo.

Gute Lage, sehr nahe am Bus Terminal, um die Ecke des Hafens und nur 10-15 Minuten zur Kathedrale (Zentrale). Das Hotel sowie die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, Frühstück ist einfach aber ausreichend für den ersten Start in den Tag. Manager und Personal an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich!
Die Dusche hatte keinen vernünftigen Druck, sodass kaum Wasser rauskam. Dementsprechend hat es sehr lange gedauert bis die Seife abgewaschen war. Es hat zudem einen Moment gedauert bis das Wasser warm wurde.Das Frühstückspersonal (außer ein Herr) war nicht sehr freundlich - es wurde "nur" serviert. Keine nette Begrüßung oder zwischendurch ein Lächeln... sehr schade.

Linda habitación. Es cómodo para acceder desde la terminal terrestre de Puno.
El personal es muy amable y el desayuno bueno, nos lo sirvieron rápido.
El agua de la ducha no salía del todo caliente.

Sockets for charhing devices not ideal. Had to ask gor an adaptor however 1 adaptor between 2 people was not enough

Staff service was great; internet was excellent until it worked; good value for money; good size room; location is good if you need to be close to bus terminal and the port for taking a tour to Titicaca lake, market is almost next door
Room was very cold, I think timber floors have a lot to do with that; we had bad luck and there was a problem with the internet only on our floor so the last few days we almost didn't have service; sometimes there are problems with hot water supply, it doesn't come off very hot

For the price it is excellent right near the port for the island we stored our bags for free while we visited Amantani. The staff were awesome and breakfast was good.

Nice comfortable stay, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. Because we were leaving early, they woke up at 5am to prepare us breakfast. Recommended

Staff were very attentive. Basic rooms. Great value for money and super close to bus station especially if you arrive late. 15mins to centre .5 mins to lake. Really just ideal for a few nights in Puno .head to centre for food. Tulipans restaurant was our favourite

Rooms are very nice, the location is in a busy area of Puno, very close to the Historic Center, but the room was not noisy. The staff of the hostel was shy, like most of the people in Puno, but very helpful and when they know you also very friendly.

close to the bus station. we got in really late and it was easy to find
not much to it other than a bed and shower. one window had a brick wall 2 feet outside and the other was misted so you couldn’t see. not much to do around it.

Staff said I need to turn on shower for ten minutes to get hot one, but it didn’t come out.
It was freezing to take shower because here is high altitude.
I really feel it’s waste of water and they should do better.
Also staff didn’t apologize, and didn’t try to figure out.
He just turned it on and that’s it
Hope I could use other shower or got refund
