You can get clean hotels here for 4 nights for 6000 pesos. I have paid 9000 + 390 fee so 9390 on booking. com. The landlady asked for the 390 again, although I explained to her that I had already paid the 390. Now I have paid 9780 pesos. For this price you would expect a great, clean apartment. After the landlady left, I discovered bugs, including a cockroach. The room was dirty, the oven plates and the kettle are rusted. The armchair wobbles, the seat was only attached to 3 instead of 4 feet. The bed was shaking, all the feet are bent, it will collapse soon. The couch was very small and has no sleeping function. The button on the bidet was broken, you need 2 hands to operate it. The air conditioner was very noisy and sure full of germs. The refrigerator, which was why I took the apartment, was moldy. Everything a disaster. I have booked an apartment with a garden view.It was on the 32nd floor of a high-rise building, where you can see the streets and roofs of houses through a small dirty window. The apartment isn't even worth half that.

checking in instructions poorly communicated , didn’t know the gate pass/clearance was needed to go to the property I thought once I have the confirmation after I booked everything will be ok but it wasn’t . could’ve been so much better if they send the clearance to my email right after they confirmed my booking not until I asked for it , as the guard at the gate didn’t let us to go to the tower without it, I didn’t have a local simcard to call the property manager , asked helped from the guards how to call the contact number but my phone and theirs non worked don’t know why , maybe it couldn’t have been easier if it was a cellphone instead of landline to contact the manager . needs to use my roaming data to email him and that’s the time they send me the clearance. the unit door was open , should’ve been locked for safety reason , what if there’s a random bad guy hiding inside the unit and hostage us after getting in . no one was there to meet us but said someone will be meeting us at the location , the guard at the lobby know nothing about my booking. the dining chairs , microwave and ceiling fan were so dusty . Wifi didn’t work x2 nights , tv no programs to watch.

Checking in was complicated even after submitting the required documents for the issuance of gate passes. Also, I just noticed that "service charge per stay" was included when you pay at bookings.com, yet I had to pay another "service charge per stay" upon checking in.
