Nothing worth mentioning

1- Sheets were torn with linen hanging out of them 2- Pillows where dirty and had spots on them 3- For a deluxe room only one towel with a bathroom carpet (no face and hand towel) 4- TV is old with no ability to connect the phone it 5- The parking in B2 was horrible, a lot of scrap and old furniture all over the place with water leaks

Very Spacious room, modern, unlike the other hotel I have been in this area.

I stayed in the first floor executive room, and I could hear the loud music coming from the bar below until 4 am.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at one of the town's worst hotels. Every moment was a disaster. I waited for 30 minutes to check in, and the staff seemed clueless about the rooms and services. Javed, who handled my check-in, was unprofessional and lacked communication skills. Despite my reservation for a non-connecting room, I was given one. When I questioned this, Javed argued with me, insisting I had booked it, until I asked for proof. The guy saif called himself a manager, but actually he isn’t a manager and he was equally unhelpful. During checkout, my room was changed to another on the 4th floor, which turned out to be worse. It was infested with pests and mosquitoes, and there was no shampoo or shower gel. When I called housekeeping, they initially claimed the items were there, but upon checking, found nothing. There were no apologies, only a refill of shampoo in both bottles. The TV didn't work, and loud noises from outside disturbed my sleep. When I contacted the bellboy he way a guy from Napal,for assistance, he simply said there was nothing he could do, leaving me to endure the noise for another hour. It was a completely dreadful experience.

A lot of things to not like. We did not have hot water for half the stay. Went to reception multiple times and everytime they say something just to make you leave. Good thing we had friends in dubai and when they call the property and threaten to take further action, only then they moved our room. Of course as other reviews say there were cockroaches. The isolation of windows is horrible so it is difficult to fall asleep from the radio in the halls and the noise from outside. No problem with staff, just they werent very helpful. The girl that you order food to, does not know english so you can be 100% sure the order will be wrong. Ordered a glass of wine , which was not cheap and the cup was full like 20% which was a total joke. Food quality is very very average. Overall, go spend 200/300 euro more and book something actually good not just pretending to be
