Beautiful location & environment, very quiet and relaxing. Options to sit outside & have a fire. Nico and Manuel were incredibly helpful with recommendations for taxis, food, medical help etc.

Rooms were fairly basic/old and could do with an update.

Un grand merci à Manuel et à son staff qui a été aux petits soins et d'une grande gentillesse. Ma femme a été très malade et Manuel a tout de suite appelé un médecin et à été très compréhensif car nous avons dû retarder l'heure de check out de 3h, sans supplément. Nous avions peur d'avoir froid (plein hiver !) mais la construction de l'hôtel est étonnante et atypique: nous avons finalement dormi en t-shirt ! Le site est un peu éloigné du brouhaha du centre ville, au calme avec vue sur le lac (comptez 20' à pied ou ~15bs en taxi)

El lugar muy lindo, cómodo acogedor . La atención muy agradable y atenta. El sr. Manuel tuvo una excelente atención para nosotros. Muy linda experiencia, con un ambiente ideal para familia.

O local é silencioso e afastado da cidade. Quem procura descanso na frente do Lago Titikaka, esse hotel é interessante.

Sem regras claras sobre pagamento. Não foi honesta a resolução.Não goatei de chegar e saber na hora que não aceitavam cartões de crédito como forma de pagamento. No site da booking publicava que aceitavam. Dias depois arrumaram essa informação, mas eu fui prejudicada. As tabelas de conversão de moeda que o pessoal do hotel utilizou para o cálculo para pagamento a vista me provocaram uma perda importante de dinheiro já que usavam câmbio aleatório e paralelo para tirar vantagem. Acabei pagando valores bem diferentes aos da minha reserva na Booking. Uma chantagem horrível.

El ambiente natural, la tranquilidad y la vista al lago es maravillosa

Beautiful, secluded, tranquil place with a great view of the lake. The little house we stayed in had a lot of character—beautiful domed ceilings, rounded doorways, thatch roof. Very nice buffet breakfast.

There was hot water, but it did not last long enough for our whole family to take a shower (even though we were quick!).

Beautiful and breathtaking garden and views!! Lots of space to relax, take in the sunshine and lake views, and enjoy the flowers. the wifi was excellent, water was very hot, and the owner was extremely kind and accommodating. also perfectly located 20 minute walk out of town so it’s quiet and peaceful but still accessible to restaurants and food. Breakfast was delicious and great recommendations for boat tours. highly highly recommend!!!
