Zentrale Lage nahe Supermarkt, Cafés, Bäckereien, Restaurants, 5 Min. von der Flybus Haltestelle entfernt. Genug Platz und Abstellmöglichkeiten im Badezimmer. Großer Tisch und bequemes Sofa. Es werden Löskaffee, Zucker und Creamer zur Verfügung gestellt.
Die Schiebetür vom Badezimmer ging nicht zu und der Duschkopfhalter war defekt, sodass man den Duschkopf in der Hand halten musste. Der 24h-Front Desk war tel. zunächst nicht zu erreichen, hat sich aber nach einer Email dann zurückgemeldet und uns sofort ein neues Zimmer gegeben, das als "Upgrade" bezeichnet wurde. Das neue Zimmer hatte dann eine defekte Schlafzimmertür und war im Erdgeschoss direkt an einer gut genutzten Straße. Der Straßenlärm von den Autos, Musik und feiernden Menschen war schlimm, in einer Samstag Nacht kriegt man hier kein Auge zu.

Our flight got in very early. The hotel allowed us to drop off our luggage and was able to have us check in early as the room was ready.

Die großzügige Aufteilung mit zwei Toiletten ist für große Gruppen perfekt. Die Lage mitten in der Stadt ist sehr gut, da man fußläufig alles erreichen kann.
Das Apartment liegt im 3. Stock und ist nur über sehr steile Treppen zu erreichen. Bei größeren Koffern ist das etwas beschwerlich.

The shower curtain doesnt really protect the water from splashing out. The shower curtain also smells of mould.
The area near our apartment is a pub of some sort since they were playing loud music till 2.30 am. I couldnt sleep.

Super central position, perfect to walk around in the city. Comfortable and clean, unfortunately we spent just one night. If we come back to Reykjavik we will come back for sure.
Only a couple of free reserved parking (available by chance), if you don’t find them available you need to pay.

The location in the city centre is great.
Our apartment was on the second floor, no elevator. Bit of a faff to get to our apartment moving trhough different stair cases. Nog a big deal

The apartment is very clean and cosy. The WiFi works great. You can watch Netflix, YouTube, or any website on the TV in the room. All facilities that we expected to have can be found in the apartment. The cleaning service was done every other day. Although the total area of the room is not very spacious, it is actually good enough for a holiday stay.
The pillow is too soft. Even using two together doesn't help.
The bathroom is a bit too narrow.
The door will resonance when the entrace door in the ground floor slammed. This is actually very annoying in the evening.

Rooms are recently renovated, very central location. Helpful staff during check in.
Central location means that noises from nearby bars can be a bother especially on the weekend.

The apartment is on four floor, very clean and quiet,kitchen have everything for 8 person,but the stove we can not turn on,the biggest problem is no lift,8 senior need to bring big luggage to 4/floor without any help and then bring down next morning. (this including like and didn't like.)

location was very good. Near everything.
I had two issues. The first is simply that the people above us were very noisy . Not really management's fault. But the second is the complete lack of any place to put your clothing in the apartment. No dresser, No closet, No bureau--nothing. I realize its a small studio apartment but come on. You need something for clothing.

The location is amazing, near everything we need. The apartment was clean and organized.
The only thing that was not great was just have one key for all of us.

The place was squeaky clean and had all required appliances - a kettle a microwave and utensils. The key was at the reception, which is almost right around the corner in the neighboring hotel.
Probably price, it is bit expensive comparing to what you have in Europe for the same price, but high prices on the accommodation is pretty typical for Iceland.

Very spacious studio, perfect for doing a bit of home office if you arrive earlier for vacation as we did. The kitchen has everything you need for feeling home. The bed was extremely comfortable!
You can easily hear other people talking in the hallway. If you are a light sleeper, better bring some ear plugs.
