The room was lovely, bed was incredibly comfortable. Shower was spot on too. Location was an ideal stop off on my long journey "up north".

Clean, friendly and really liked the decor. Angela was very helpful in finding a restaurant and in finding the lical stores.

Beautiful period property with lovely original features. Very good size room and huge bathroom. Convenient on street parking outside the hotel. Situated on a quiet street off the main high street in Annan. Good location for exploring the area.

We were greeted at this hotel by a very friendly pleasant lady who showed us to our room which proved to be very clean and comfortable with all the amenities one requires. Compared to other properties that we had looked at in this area, some at extortionate prices for a one night's stay, this was by far the best value for money. As we were having an early morning start, we did not take breakfast but the menu looked scrumptious, again at good value taken in a lovely dining room. It is an old house but well kept in decor and cleanliness. A perfect stay and one we have made a note of for future visits to this area.

Lovely rooms, very comfortable beds, great shower power. Nice decor too. Friendly hosts and breakfast was great, including for vegetarians! Flexible check in and easy check out processes. Good location within Annan. Lounge area was cosy and great for hanging out in the evenings. Great value for money!

In one of our rooms the shower had only too-hot water, minor issue that just needs fixing

Beautiful old house with original features. Both rooms were supplied with fans owing to the unusually extremely hot weather. All the staff were helpful and friendly and accommodated my need to store medication in fridge overnight. The seating in rooms were comfortable and good tvs. Good storage in rooms. There was plenty of tea, coffee, sugar and milk also a bottle of water. Towels and bedding all fresh and clean. Room decor was nice. We will hopefully return.

In small room, daughter felt a little claustrophobic in bathroom, but could have used ours.
