The server at breakfast was very helpful and provided food the next morning I could eat (vegan). The location is really great.

The room was tiny. No vegan options for breakfast. Most staff were not friendly.

Only accesible by stairs. We did not mind, but it might be a problem for elderly or disabled people

The hallway smelled like cat pee, I talked to the receptionist and he said the hotel had a cat.... roaming around and may have peed in the hallway..... WHAT????????? that is unacceptable! She just apologized and did not do anything about it.

The location of the hotel is very convenient since it is at the center of the plaza.

The WiFi was not strong enough at times and could not connect.

This hotel is a joke! The hotel room is TINY and has NO windows or ventilation!! It can get really suffocating! They offer a fan but it is not enough to circulate air into the room... The bathroom is tiny and the ceiling height is very low! And the photos on the site are totally deceiving, mainly for the breakfast area... The photos makes you think the hotel has a great balcony with views to the Plaza de Armas but that is just not true! The hotel has a tiny space there (maybe 2 tables length) and breakfast is also very basic... But the worst experience was to get to the hotel feeling nauseated (after a night-bus-ride) and, even tough our room was clean and ready and empty, they would only let us get into the room paying 50% of the daily fee... Just to stay 3-4 hours more... Ridiculous!

there is this guy named Percy. he was so rude. unkind. Cecil is so lovely and so was Edwardo. but Percy was unhappy, unaccommodating and extremely rude to us. we asked what time coffee was in the morning and we went and got it super early from him. when we left the hotel to go for an early run, he rudely asked us "where is the coffee?" and made us return the pot to him before we left the hotel. listen I get it. sometimes we hate our jobs. but this guy should not be in hospitality. Cecile and Edwardo were not only caring and hospitable, they were kind and did their job incredibly.

Great Location! Great staff. A little small but beautifully decorated The receptionist, Luis we believe was his name, went above and beyond to help us with a problem we had. The breakfast from the terrace is unforgettable.

It was centrally located with many food choices. Easy spot for tour pick ups. The room, linens and bathrooms were clean and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

Our room faced the square. The square was busy and at times very noisy. The hotel wasn’t on ground level so be prepared for stairs.

during night our room got stuffy/airless and we did not have enough fresh air to breathe. some staff members did not speak English so it was hard to communicate.

The location is right in the city centre, and the staff are very helpful. Breakfast was a small and simple buffet with a lovely view of the square.

the front door is usually locked, so you have to buzz and wait for the receptionist to come down and let you in every time you want to come back to your room.

The location and the view was the best, definitely being here was such an amazing experience, I recommend it if you want to pamper yourself or a special occasion.
