Loved this place.. super beautiful building and great rooms.. nice and clean, and a good shower!

The wifi hardly worked. Suuuuuper slow, and then one night it didnt work at all.

Location was perfect. Loved the historical building. Comfy bed. Price was affordable..Very nice staff.

My first night was not pleasant due to noises from my neighbors until 2 am. Insulation in walls is really poor. You can hear everything like if they are in your room. Breakfast could be improved. It is so basic. Bathroom was too small.

The stairs to go up to the reception. The bad insulation of the walls ( you could hear your neighbor and noises were annoying) Breakfast needs to be improved. Very basic.

This place was fine! Excellent location, within a minute of Plaza de Armas, around the corner from the museums, and with plenty of places to eat nearby. The room was comfortable and the shower hot. Good value for money.

For the price, this place was excellent. Some of the other reviews mentioned issues with the cleanliness but this was not an issue for me (sure, a little dusty, but generally fine overall, and the bathroom was clean). The decor was a little tired, especially in the bathroom, but perfectly functional. The staff were helpful and helped me to book a taxi at the end of my stay.

It was in a good location.

The shower didn't drain after you showered. The breakfast was not great and coffee was bad.

the location was perfect - right next to Plaza de Armas and yet the rooms face into a quiet private courtyard.

the wifi was not strong enough to sustain my Zoom conference so I had to use my cellular data. there are no ethernet cable connections in any of the hotels I have checked in to in South America so it just isn’t a thing here.

Breakfast box wasn't really good.

Breakfast was nothing special, a fried egg, some bread and tea. Great location but the bedroom walls were thin and could hear everything in next room. Great staff, not sure if it was a value for the money or not

Big room, warm shower. Great location, in the center of the city.

Internet problems, room quite cold. Bed was extremaly big which is nice but was difficult to walk around, so not the most comfortable.

Very good location just off Plaza del Armas, room was suite with walls of exposed stone, due to this temperature was comfortable and constant, large comfortable bed and refrigerator.

Location is good and it was clean.

No towels, nor amenities in the bathroom, just soap and shampoo, which is fine, I usually pack everything, but this time I forgot mine. I had to call housekeeping for towels and for a cup and spoon since they put coffee/tea. Room was too hot, no AC, no running air, we had to keep the door open so we can have some air. A lot of noise from working staff very early in the morning.

Lovely rooms. Very clean. Excellent location right in the plaza. They even delivered our breakfast in a bag to us when we slept in late. Highly recommend this hostel!
