cozy and clean location was excellent

The only thing I will say is about , for the amount of money which we paid , they should have a small kitchen, you know, for self catering ( offering facilities for people to cook their own meals ) ! In our case I had the baby, I found difficult to clean the baby bottles .

The location is exceptional. We arranged a very nice breakfast locally. I would like to mention the staff, which was very friendly and helpful. We definitely recommend the location and come back soon.

Everything was really good.

The property is like a Winter Wonderland, exceptionally so as it snowed during the weekend. The houses are extremely nice and the people that greeted us and helped us were wonderful.

The road to reach the houses has not been fixed in a while, which made it a bit difficult to get in and out of the place, as it is a bit steep, and with snow it turned a bit dangerous.

Location of the Hotel. Hospitality and Hotel's personal. Especially Elena, who met us on arrival and was serving us during our stay in Hotel.

There were no brackfast as kitchen was not working. It was expleined by personel that "kitchen on vacation". There were no utensils in the room (plates, forks, spoons, glasses, cups, etc.) and possibility to cook food.

The rooms were big, quiet area. The location is good for family with kids, having also a playground. It would be good to offer breakfeast. In the period we stayed there was no option for it.

It would need more cleaning. There was dust in the room, the carpets in the bathroom also durty with no toilet paper and no shower towels. Only hand towels.

The location is placed in nature, with amazing views and the cabins are thematic decorated, the stuff helped us with starting the BBQ and were always ready to help us. There are a lot of parking spaces and the breakfast was very good.

The personnel is nice, the location and the place is very beautiful

The quality of the room, beds, bedding and room cleaning is pure. The breakfast is good but is served late, and when asked to have it earlier did not get it.

The location is beautiful, the staff is welcoming, ready to solve any request, the breakfast is good, for all tastes. The rooms are very clean.

The beds were a bit noisy, the bathroom very small and the cap shower was sprinking.

The kids playground and the green space surrounding the houses where we stayed could have been more taken care of. And maybe add some activities that people can do during their stay.

The house and location itself was exactly how I expected it to be looking at the pictures, the fridge in the room while slower to start up did its job properly and the staff was friendly, I really liked the manager in particular, he is the kind of person who tries his best, and he made me feel like I could rely on him at any time if there was ever any kind of issue no matter how mundane it was.

The biggest and only relevant complaint was the breakfast in the morning(the free one), but they fixed it the other day. On the first day I waited 3 hours to eat it, might as well consider it non existent, but on the 2nd day they had a swedish buffet which is what you usually see on breakfast included places and everything was smooth everyone ate in 30 mins. Just a heads up: Warm water took a while to get which is fine on its own but there's the added problem that you can sometimes struggle to keep it hot mid shower which makes everything almost unbearable. Sound proof is bad and some of the family members complained about uncomfortable beds(I slept like a baby in mine) We didn't need the radiators but we tried to turn them on and only one worked, I don't know if it was a me problem or not and since it is summer it didn't bother anyone enough to try to fix it Wifi didn't exist, maybe I had to turn it on somehow but it didn't bother anyone enough to try to fix it

The surroundings and the park that kids really enjoyed.

The breakfast served at 9.30 in the morning. Maybe is just a temporary lack of personnel.
